I wish I could give a 0 star rating. They say my order was delivered, but not to the address they had. I have checked around town and no one knows of any agent in Mbale uganda, though we used to have one. Customer service numbers don't go through, The one that did has not been answered in the last week that I have been trying. Facebook did not get answered. At this point, my money is gone and I did not get a pair of shoes. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
UPDATE: A few days after posting this review, I finally heard from Kikuu. They say my package is in their warehouse since the rider failed. BUT, I have been given no information as to when or how I will receive my package, as they have not responded to my request for information. I am still waiting to see if I ever get it.

I had an issue with this platform, I didn't receive what I paid for. please be cautious and verify before buying. But better don't. last there's no support 😔

Scam...was robbed of R28000. The so called Admin declines the calls when called to query. Keeps repeating the same thing viz messages.

This company stole from me close to $4000 purporting to be an online job. They should not be allowed to operate and con people of their hard earned cash. I reported the matter to police and criminal investigation department. Deal with them at your own risk...

The platform is a scam. My order is over 2 months now and they did not deliver

agents of this app they don’t pick up there phone’s no matter haw many times you call. they stay with u’re packages more than a month before they sent it to you especially Tanzania / shinyanga /kahama agent

Item took longer than scheduled before arriving

Their order takes too long to arrive and some never arrive and they do not refund for the products not received.

They don't respond to emails from clients it's a scam platform
