Can’t fault this company. Second time I have used them. Incredibly speedy and knowledgeable service. Have got them on my key ring should I need them again.

Everything went very smoothly, the locksmith was polite and completed the job efficiently, he came within the time scales provided and took no longer than 15mins .
The only thing that could have been improved on is when I made the initial call I could have been provided with call out charges and cost, in order for me to make an informed choice, in total it cost me £82.80 , not a lot to some but as a single mum, it is.

Classic daytime TV Cowboy con. Quoted one price then on arrival two likely lads in an unbranded car turn up to charge just over 4 times the price with a beaming and knowing smile. This was after arriving 45 minutes late! They then had the gaul to charge a callout fee despite claiming on their own website that they have "no callout charge" and offer "free estimates". Three local independent Locksmiths have quoted a price largely similar to each other at around half this company's price. Even customer services talk over you, patronise you and call you 'mate'. They may be a reputable company however these two individuals and customer services certainly are not! Please do not use! I haven't, will never and sent them packing.

Professional and reliable service with 24x7 availability. I've used them more than once and at the oddest hour when I locked myself out. Help arrived in less than 30 mins and was resolved instantly. Also got some useful advise. Easy e-payment and electronic receipt means convenience and transparency. Also got some useful tips to avoid getting locked out in future. A definite 5-Star for dependability and professionalism.

Brilliant - I was locked out of my flat on a Sunday, but someone came in about 20 minutes and sorted everything out immediately!

Locked out due to door wear/drop; logged call, locksmith arrived in 35mins. Gained immediate entry, then diagnosed door issue that caused it and fixed it, with door now opening easily into the bargain. Was calm, polite, professional. Excellent.

Turned up within 30mins and was very efficient

428 to break in and change night latch £15 lock. Quoted 65 on the phone to break in. But then charged 428 to fit replacement lock

Great technician. Opened all the locks repaired them in 100yr old cabinet. Plenty of great advice about on going maintenance. On time with all his gear totally prepared for social distancing and shielding household members

Brilliant service. Expert arrived 5 mins earlier than the time I specified and the problem was totally sorted in 5 mins.

David and the Office Team were outstanding, can’t fault them. Unfortunately there hard work all went down the drain the minute Oliver the “Locksmith” and I use the word Locksmith very loosely because he’s more like one of those shoddy tradesman you see on watchdog trying to scam old people who don’t know better. From the minute he set foot through my door he was trying to rush the job. He quoted me 3 times what the office team had quoted, and when I queried his quote he tried rushing the job further by telling me he had another job to get to and that I needed to make a decision there and then on his price. Needless to say that wasn’t going to happen and the moment I told him I’d be calling his office to clear up the inflated price he tried everything he could think of to get out the door. I’ve sold everything from double glazing to bar crawls and booze cruises and I thought these old school pressure sales tactics were a thing of the past so to encounter this guy was disappointing. I hope he hasn’t been sent to too many jobs where the customers are less aware of this shocking practice. Fortunately the office team came to the rescue on the prices and charges but it wasn’t enough to prevent me from voicing my dissatisfaction with the overall experience of which Oliver didn’t even stick around to hand me the new keys, he just left them in the lock with the door open and took off! Shocking service. Maybe OLIVER should consider a different line of work away from human interaction.

The locksmith arrived by foot within 45 mins of the call out, not quite 20 minutes as advertised. The process was performed within several seconds. Thankfully it was a simple process so charged the basic fee.
