Quick service, very polite and efficient.

We needed a door handle/lock fixing in one of our rental properties which was eventually completed to our tennant’s satisfaction, but on first fix, our tennant said that the actual key lock part of the handle was loose , so he requested that the locksmith did some further fix . My tennant told me the locksmith was very agitated/swearing and had really bad manners in the way he dealt with that job. I hope you can get this sorted as having this bad customer service can only make customers even more stressed at times of difficulty when your home is not secure

Excellent service the gentleman who came to sort out the lock on the door was very pleasant and helpful tell us exactly what he was doing and are options of needed we were very pleased with his service and we will definitely recommend to everyone in the future.

Was quoted a price over phone locksmith arrived tried to charge me £80 for lock and was told they would pick the lock for access and then told no were drilling it. Very abrupt and unprofessional

Gentleman who attended my property was knowledgeable and professional and fixed my front door lock within an hour. Prior to arrival I was kept updated on when to expect the locksmith and I even received advice on how to improve the security of my front door. Would recommend 100%

Upvc door to garage was broken and locked. Handle was not operating and key wouldn't turn.
Locksmith was on site within around 90 minutes.
Locksmith basically had to break the lock cylinder and force the mechanism to get the door open. Which he did in about 30 minutes.
Door was left not damaged. I had to replace the door gearbox and lock cylinder myself which I found simple as I've done our other doors before... the gearbox was broken and I already had a replacement ready.
I was very happy with the service. Although I did wonder what I'd have done if I didn't have the replacement parts ready to install myself.

Not satisfied should have been honest it wasn't reparable basically I paid over £100 for the person to try and straighten patio frame lock was a issue when phoned to complain told me to email complaint's dept

Great service. Lady I spoke to was courteous and polite. The locksmith was really good and called to update me on his progress/let me know he was stuck in traffic and running late. He had my door opened in a matter of seconds and was able to process my card payment quickly. I would definitely recommend them but hopefully I won't be locking my keys in again so will definitely be a recommendation as opposed to having to have my door opened again! Great job!

It was handy to know there was a locksmiths opened at night time, they came within twenty minutes, and took them five minutes to get me back in my house. Brilliant and quick. Thank you

The man came and drilled my lock. I explained that the latch wasn't on and the dead lock was open but he still said it needed to be drilled and that's what he did. Because of his extortionate initial quote, 3x the amount promised on the phone i felt as if i was being taken for a ride so i got another local locksmith in with over 40 year's experience to replace my lock, I explained to him everything that happened and he informed me that my lock DID NOT need to be damaged to get me in and that a proper lock Smith could have went through the letterbox or manipulated the latch EVEN IF IT WAS ON and that the reason why he drilled my lock was to charge me more and that this is unfortunately a very common sting that he sees. I would like a full refund but then i don't want to deal with this company ever again so I'm going to accept my losses but if your considering using them DON'T! Use a local locksmith otherwise people like this will happily scam you and it's very common apparently as well, i was warned by a local locksmith before who wasn't on duty but i had no idea what they meant until it happened and it did because i was stuck outside and desperate to get in. Luckily i wasn't stung too badly, but other people are and they use intimidation tactics as well, don't let them get away with it!

I was very impressed with how easy and quick keys4ulocksmith was to use, from me phoning, very understanding and helpful man in office answered all my queries. As it was late raining Friday and my door wouldn't lock, but l needn't have worried as they arrived in 20 minutes and fixed the door within minutes. I would highly recommend them and l will definitely use them again if l am ever unlucky to have lock trouble again. Thank you

Very poor did not check anything just kept turning key ,took pic sent to someone and spoke in language could not understand,not good customer relations,then said it can be REPAIRED for £190 +£40 SO NOT IMPRESSED ESPECILLY PAYING 70 POUNDS FOR NOTHING PS FIXED LOCALLY FOR £138 IN LESS THAN 15MINS
