He was thorough and took care of us at our pace. He was great at keeping us up to date, managing our expectations with deadlines and also helped us to feel calm we were in safe hands during the process whenever we spoke with him (or Karen :) !). We’ve just had the most stressful experience buying a house due to the incompetence, arrogance, and total lack of effort from Jane and Brian at Kerseys.
If they had deliberately set out to make the conveyancing as difficult as possible, it could hardly have taken any longer. We nearly had to pull out as our mortgage offer was going to expire within one week of finally completing. This useless, arrogant pair of solicitors took 8 weeks alone to resolve one issue. Their lack of communication was staggering, and they just didn’t care. Jane seems to spend most of her time on leave and to hell with her clients.
I will never again be in a chain where Kerseys are involved somewhere in the proceedings. Their arrogance was astounding.
