The delivery was on time, easy to order and would order from Kenzo again.

It is amazing that I paid that much money for these pair of plastic sandals with their log, and now they are peeled off very easily after only 4 months!! I am actually angry at them, but also at myself bcs I deviated from my favorite brand to try them once. Never again. The other clothes I bought is also not very good quality materials, as the color is getting old like cheap brands. I really don't get what this brand is about

I still don't know if I have been scammed? They sent the wrong pair of shoes. You can't contact them through the phone, or through mail, as the contact form requests an order number, which I provide, but the page keeps notifying me it is a wrong format (it is not...). I have filed for a return, and the return slip only states that the package weighs 0.1 kg, shoes weigh a lot more than that, so I still don't know if DHL will accept this. And will I get a refund, I doubt. I am considering of filing a complaint with European Consumer Centres Network, and hope that more of their customers who have had simmilar complaints would.

Very easy to order. And I was very happy with the product. At first when I ordered it didn’t go through. But when I talk to a customer service rep. They told me it was something wrong with my internet. So I refreshed it and the order went through and I received my order in two days because I ordered two business day shipping. So I am happy with the shirt i bought.

Ordered a polo shirt which was in their sale on the website. they took my money, I waited 5 days which I was fine with, thought I would be receiving it any day now. Checked my emails to find “we have cancelled your order as we don’t have the item in stock”!

5 days to work that out? AND my money was taken?

Wanted a piece from Kenzo for ages and to be honest a bit gutted. Once 5 days have elapsed after your order confirmation you assume there will be no issue.

I bought a pair shoes and they were the wrong size and never been used. It's been over a month and NO Refund. They were a 250$ shoes.

I brought shoes for over £100 after one month use they all sole cracked .
They can’t doing refund because they said in been used too hard even they still on the guarantee.

Should have read the reviews first. Shame I have to give one star as this is not deserving. Ordered a sweatshirt from their official website on Monday. Payment was taken but no order or confirmation. Tried to phone customer services but couldn’t get through, so sent message via contact form. Was responded to and given a link to confirm the order, but still didn’t show confirmed order. Contacted again through contact form 5 times and still no response, even though the item should have been delivered. Contacted again and this time advised I was reporting the transaction as fraudulent, was then responded to within hours to state that I had cancelled my order upon my request. Still no refund as yet, and had to buy another sweatshirt via a 3rd party outlet. Will never ever use their official website or recommend their brand. Shocking and non-existence customer services. Do not trust them as they clearly don’t know how to deal with customers directly

Long story short, not only did the Kenzo hoodie I bought shrink and change shape to oblivion after the first wash, despite me having religiously followed all care instructions, but it has been over 6 months now of me trying to get them to give me an answer regarding this. They keep claiming "we have forwarded your claim to our wholesaler" who apparently "never responds" and Kenzo themselves just don't care to take matters in their hands to fix the situation for their disappointed customer. This behaviour has changed my opinion of the brand entirely and I never wish to shop or wear any of their products again. I pity the money I wasted on them so far, as companies that do not respect and value their customers deserve no profit ever.

Jeg har købt en trøje via kenzo, der er gået i stykker. Når jeg prøver at ringe til dem, tager de ikke telefonen, selvom det er i deres telefontid. De beder mig skrive til dem via hjemmesiden, via deres kontaktformel, men når jeg gør dette, vil den ikke godtage det ordrenummer man skal sætte ind, selvom jeg kan vælge det via min profil, så skriver de stadig at ordrenummeret er forkert. De gør det umulig at kontakte dem og få pengene retur eller sendt en ny trøje.

I ordered a t-shirt from Kenzo.com. It arrived with stains and marks.
I tried to contact the customer service by phone, it is the mean of contact which is mentioned on their website.
But they just don't feel like picking up the phone! Instead you hear a message asking to contact them through the contact section of the website.
The contact section would not send my message because it would not recognize my VALID order number! This is so ridiculous!
No email address is mentioned on the email confirming the order. They don't even give there clients a way to contact them by email! This is so unacceptable.
I wish I would have checked Trustpilot before placing my order, there would be no order and no frustration!

Absolutely shocking customer service couldn’t give me the measurements of a jumper over the phone for an item what the hell is wrong with this place? Both the manager and worker are rude and don’t respond to your questions

I do hope it will work with that later. I love all their products like parfumes, bags and shoes and so on. And hopefully it will work out later with them as well. How we should go with that matter really ? Why there are so much negative reviews about all this ?

Bought my first ever pieces from kenzo last year, in store in london- staff were super friendly and helpful despite being a younger customer. They assisted my choices by showing me other products not on display obviously and advised on how certain sizes would fit.

I love Kenzo and its products. Over the years I have bought so many clothes, shoes, and bags. The quality of the products is so great. I went to different Kenzo stores in Europe (UK, France) and I bought online too. Both in stores and online the service is excellent. The people working in the stores are so friendly and helpful. Especially the people from the London store are so nice, I’m always looking forward to visit the store (I live in the Netherlands were there is unfortunately no Kenzo store). The sending of packages ordered online is fast and correct. I will definitely keep buying Kenzo since I love their designs, quality, and service!

I would give a 0 star if i could!!

I bought Kenzo espadrilles from Kenzo shop in Japan and loved it. However, it was damaged in the rain on my trip to Taiwan, so I was looking to replace it. I was only able to find it in my size in the Kenzo official online shop, so I put the order through.

Unfortunately, for some reason, they wouldn’t accept my debit card. I definitely had enough funds in my account so I wrote to customer service as I was directed to do. All I got was short rude messages with no explanations!! I tried again asking if I could use paypal since I saw the icon. And they just curtly said no. Again, there was no explanations!! It took me a few more emails of questions to figure out that they don’t do paypal for Japan.

Now, I have asked many other online shops before if they could arrange to do a paypal payment since I do have an account even though it isn’t used in Japan, and they were always able to help me with it by sending me a request for payment. But when I asked about this, they just gave me a rude reply saying that they already said to me they cannot do this because I’m in Japan, and again with no further explanations.

Seriously, I don’t understand!! Why are they making it so hard for people to shop on their page! And the customer service person is just super rude the whole time!! I’m so disappointed! Especially since I’m a returning customer!!

Ordered a tiger crest polo shirt Monday morning , it was supposed to be here today or tomorrow morning , I still haven’t received an order confirmation email nor have I received a dispatch email or tracking number , when I go into my order it says in preparation, not the greatest delivery I would have been better buying from 3rd party like brown Thomas .
