The reception staff at Kensington Dental Spa are very friendly and welcoming. The practice and dentists are very professional whilst putting you at ease. The procedure for the whitening treatment was explained very clearly and the process took much less time than expected with great results. I would also highly recommend the at-home whitening treatment which has been very effective and is very simple and easy to use.

It started with a warm welcome. Accommodating and genial coordinators explained the process in detail having laughed politely at my misfired jokes. "Excellent customer service" I thought.
Charming and highly competent Dr Nirav made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed in the world's least popular chair. The nurse attended to my needs throughout with great kindness and care.
Treatment plan discussed and impressions taken precisely and promptly - I am definitely going back.

Just had zoom laser teeth whitening with polish done yesterday and it did not work on me at all ! total waste of money.buying on ebay 3x Teeth Whitening Gel 35% Syringes 13.5ml! (Carbamide Peroxide 0.1%) does big difference on my teeth just in ten min.. so how possible professional gel and laser which should make the procedure even faster didn't do nothing ? you judge but i feel like been fooled and might even used fake gels... the reason why as everybody was warning me for teeth sensitivity which i did not get at all...

plus the doctor i pointed my teeth stain at the beginning was not removed..only notice it when looked at toilet toilet mirror and she been called to do it again ..

I visited this dentist for the first time today for some teeth whitening treatment. I found the service faultless, even though I enter any dentist surgery with trepidation and nerves! The dentist was extremely warm and pleasant and I felt at ease. Everything was explained at every stage and I felt comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend their services.

My dentist Carla was absolutely wonderful, she was so warm and explained everything she was doing. Everyone at Kensington Dental Spa is brilliant including the staff at reception Deborah at reception gave me some wonderful advice and answered all my questions, she was very patient and made me feel like she had my best interest at heart as she recommended the best treatment for me instead of the most expensive one. The staff were very welcoming, they put you at ease with regards to the treatment you are having and they provide all the information you require. You are given reminders (phone and email) in advance of your appointments to ensure you don't arrive at the wrong time.

I had a brilliant experience at Kensington Dental. I was rather nervous but my dentist was very patient, put me at ease and explained everything clearly to me. The treatment was a complete success and I will be returning to have other important work done to my teeth. Whether it's cosmetic work or complex dental surgery and treatments I have found this practice to be extremely proficient at both. I will be returning in two weeks time and would heartily recommend Kensington Dental to friends, family and colleagues.

I walk pass Kensington Dental Spa every day but never went in thinking my teeth were perfectly fine. After seeing my mates teeth gleaming from a Kensington Dental Spa session looking far better than mine, i of course popped in to check them out.

I was greeted at their reception by Debra, a very charismatic and informative lady who explained the whole process of the treatment so easily that i booked a session on the spot.

After the treatment seeing the results and overall difference, i was glad i took the plunge to pop in, thus would recommend the Kensington Dental Spa to anyone thinking of teeth whitening.

They do what they say they will do, the staff are all friendly, and my teeth are now gleaming side by side with all the Xmas Lights all the way down Kensington High Street......Woopeee

As someone who travels frequently, I have considered treatment options at various places around the world and have a good idea of what quality dentistry needs to feel like. I was made to feel completely relaxed and all the options about implants were explained to me. For someone who needed a front tooth replacement, it was important that I felt comfortable to bite and not be conscious when dealing face to face with clients and during dinners and conversations. The treatment was only carried out after I understood all the risks and any side-effects and I felt under no pressure at any time.
The whole experience from how I was greeted at the reception to warm welcome by the assistant nurse and the reassurance from the dentist was important. I felt comfortable and Kensington dental Spa team went beyond what was purely necessary in all this. The fit and appearance of the implant crown are first class. In fact, I have to think hard to remember where it in in my mouth! A year down the line, I continue to be fully satisfied and would happily recommend the specialist team of Kensington Dental Spa.

I'm not one to write review, especially if its good, I usually don't bother, but I always rush to make a complaint.
However, in this instance I felt I absolutely had to write and compliment the excellent service and result of the teeth whitening experience I had recently at Kensignton Dental Spa!
I was a little uneasy making the appointment in the first place due to my phobia of dentists, but my coffee stained teeth where in desperate need of a good clean!
On arrival the friendly receptionist suggested teeth whitening and after a little discussion I had booked an appointment!
I was pleasantly surprised to meet the very professional young lady who reassured me that it was a relative quick and completely pain free treatment.
Some 40 mins later, treatment completed, I was shown the mirror and despite being quite cynical, I was very surprised at the results!
I would HIGHLY recommend Kensignton Dental Spa for any dental treatment as I have been loyal customer since! 5 Star treatment and great value for money!
