order not verified after putting in card details

i placed an order that the advert had amazon.co. put had kelkoo underneath. I placed my order gave card details but no payment was confirmed and no further info came through. i am an old age pensioner and are very worried that i have been scammed. i have no order or reference number and have speent all morning trying to sort it out

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern; we fully understand how worrying this situation must feel.

To clarify, Kelkoo is not a shop and we do not sell products, take payments, or process orders. We are a comparison service that simply redirects users to retailers such as Amazon.

If you entered your card details, this would have happened on the retailer’s website, not on Kelkoo. We have no access to your personal or payment information.

We suggest you to contact directly Amazon customer support.

Terrible ROAS

Terrible ROAS, promising great results but terrible outcome compared to other traffic sources. Our account manager could only apologize and said it was apparent that our business cannot sell successfully via Kelkoo (lighting bulbs and fixtures) so we ended the partnership immidiately after the first follow-up 5 weeks in. They took zero responsibility where they refused to reduce the invoice and they said there was nothing they can improve from their side. Cannot recommend.

Terrible services

Terrible services, low conversions, incompetent support. They have good commercial that tell you they will do everything and optimize the campaign for you, but they don't. When you see your money going away (a lot of money) they just answer "it's normal that's the beggining, just give us time to adjust your campaign" I'm still waiting after 1 year... If you want to invest your money smartly just DON'T go with them.

publisher should never work with them they dont pay you end of the month the issue two invoice to us and never pay us,

Great to check prices, not as easy to buy.

I used to use this site in the past, however, nowadays it is more used as a price checker. Amazon sells more, for less.
