The worst company and customer service…
The worst company and customer service ever. The payment should be done before receiving the food to confirm the order, the order received was missing 12 shawarma’s and 4 Pepsi, the driver doesn’t have any information about the total amount or even what does the order include!!! He easily replied that we only deliver !!! I asked him to take back the order because the order is missing and he agreed to follow up with the company and get back to me. Later-then, he is not answering my call and even after contacting the customer service they were asking me to send them a picture to prove the missing items!! In my case, the driver took the order back so how will I send them a picture?! Now.. I didn’t receive the order at all and I also lost my money. Will never deal with them again. I even made a case against them.

Extremely poor service. Ordered not delivered for 2.5 hours and then cancelled. After complaining customer service called and they are not helpful at all. Money will be refunded in 7 working days. No compensation given as promised on the app for late delivery. Order was simple pizza from Pizza Hut and they had no idea why it was cancelled. They promised on chat to compensate but later on phone they refused. This is a poor app. Talabat is tried and trusted and prompt with customer service.

My Experience with Keeta Food Delivery – Dubai
I am sharing my personal experience with Keeta Food Delivery to help other drivers make an informed decision. I joined Keeta under a three-month fixed-salary contract, leaving my previous company because I trusted their offer. Unfortunately, the company ended my contract within just one month, without giving any prior notice.
The explanation given was “low performance,” but during my time there, I saw a completely different situation. Bike riders were continuously receiving orders, while car riders received almost none. Without orders, it’s impossible for car riders to meet any performance requirement, which makes the reason given feel unfair and misleading.
Many of us joined with hopes for a better opportunity, but instead we faced sudden termination, uncertainty, and financial stress. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a broken promise.
This review is based entirely on my personal experience, and I strongly recommend that future riders be cautious before joining.

My Family Ordeded once or twice until one day where our phone had a small problem we were looking food for a party we had 2 days later and by mistake out of nowhere the buy buttons was cilcked and becuase we had order last time my fathers card was sycned into our phone and was pursched it. we had a fierce argument with the manger but the manger claimed that the driver had given us the food thought we only saw him staying at our driveway for 10 mins and then left and since hasnt given us a refund

I had multiple issues with these guys.
They don’t deliver the food and yet mark as delivered. Whenever you reach out to customer support they just apologize and do not bother to sort out this issue.
Feel like it’s a scheme of screwing up people over in order to “earn” money.

I had a very disturbing experience with a Keeta delivery driver today . I clearly noted in the app to leave my order in front of the door l, I fall asleep and didn’t hear my phone ,The driver knocked I woke up, then he opened my apartment door and said “hello.” I was alone and very scared. This is completely unacceptable. No one should ever open someones door without permission!
On top of that, I noticed that if the food quality is bad or the order is wrong, Keeta does not refund the money,they just apologize. This is frustrating because customers are paying for food, not to throw it away or risk getting sick.
I hope the company takes these issues seriously, properly trains drivers, and improves customer service, because this experience was shocking and unacceptable.

They didn’t make refund for not fresh soup with bad chicken , I throw in garbage , rhey promised that manager will call me back but he still not call. They not give refund like in another delivery.It’s new service of delivery with very bad customer service . It’s better to use Careem or talabat . I hope this company will closed soon
