Horrendous from start to finish. Really, really, really poor customer services. Promise to ring back, never do. When you ring nobody seems to know anything about your job. Everything gets raised to a Manager who always seems to be off. The person you think you speak to is always out at the time you ring. Chase you for money even when you have paid and amazingly when checked, they find it two minutes later. Wouldn't even bother as when they tell you the product you can want can be fitted can't be fitted (after sending someone over to check) then you wait to hear back and hear nothing and have to chase again. Then you get yet another invoice (when you have paid). Promise you they will ring back within an hour and don't. Can't explain discrepancies in invoicing even for cheaper products, get snappy with you then state "we need to make a margin." Just sounds like they want your money, over promise and under deliver and the team need training on basic manners and etiquette. Find another company in the local area.

I suggest your engineers who have been working on the Mille Ville development in Middleton retake their driving test instead of driving around the estate like a bellend. Reckless driving

When my 2yr old Navien boiler failed to deliver hot water. I contacted Navien Boilers who arranged for a K.D.E. at Runcorn to send out a Central heating Engineer to repair my boiler fault.
Aaron the Engineer from K.D.E arrived and replaced the faulty part,thankfully he was carrying a spare part in his Van.
Aaron was very polite, and very tidy.
Big thanks to him for his speedy repair,3 days without hot water no fun.

Drivers need training

Called out KDE to fit a garden wall light. They came on time and did a good job. Kevin, the electrician went above and beyond putting back the cupboards I had moved. I would use again and recommend them.

Paid the full bill on according to KDE then they sent a polite demanding letter 6 months later saying we owed money completely ''Useless'' i even had to tighten up the tap mounting nut properly

Fantastic company- called them out twice recently for two different problems. Came out the next day efficiently fixed the problems and left everything clean and tidy. Well done KDE!!

Not impressed with this company at all. Had to constantly chase up the report over a week. Then had to refer it to another electrician who basically said it wasn't even safe!

Our central heating was not working but we had hot water. KDE diagnosed the problem was Salus thermostat and receiver units were not functioning. They were about 10 years old. Options were proposed and KDE fitted new Center units in quick time. Bingo the heating was working? Jon well Done KDE!

What can you say about A KDE company when the service that they provided for me surpasses and goes above and beyond to complete a task in difficult situations. Both the technicians Harry and Fin went above and beyond what was expected and solved every problem they came across this also goes to other members of KDE who work tirelessly to assist those out and about on jobs .A big personal thank 😊 you to all of KDE who where involved in their was a reward for above 5 🌟 stars then they all deserve it as it and every one played their 😊 Well done all

Paul G did a fantastic job of fitting my shower screen. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. He was neat and tidy with the job and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are helpful and every tradesman is really professional and they make the experience a good one.

Fantastic company who came out within hours to help and located and fixed the problem within 1 hr. From the initial call with a lovely lady to the guys who came out, everyone is professional and friendly. I would recommend KDE to anyone. Brilliant

Late call for a gas leak identified by Cadent. Called out KDE and they said they'd have some round within half an hour, Engineer called Ed turned up, and on time. Confirmed the Cadent diagnosis and then started the process of finding the leak internally. Very thorough in his work and explained everything as he went along. Can't thank Ed enough and would highly recommend

Just had some work done by KDE. I have to say I am really impressed.
Ed and Jack came to fit a new radiator, connect a new one to existing work, and install new water fill for washing machine in a new location.
Both Ed and Jack were excellent, courteous and professional.
Great ambassadors to the company.

They're just reliable. Jobs are done well and if I have any issues they fix without quibbles. Great company that I've used for years.

Anthony has been fantastic helping us with our oil boiler over the past couple of months.
