Poor Organisation, Distressing Transaction, Chaotic Service
Put in an order of around $250, did not get any notification of payment being made. 6 days later, when we called up to ask, they said they did not receive the order! we urgently needed the fabrics for a project we were doing.
1. Checked our bank statement and they did not even know their own registered company name with their bank and insisted that the name on our bank statement we mentioned was not theirs.
2. they checked the amount paid out and said they could not find any payment with that amount .
3. that they also had not received any payment for that last week. (total fabrication of cos, no pun intended.)
4. we rang up our banker & they said the money had gone through to them.
5. Called them back again and they finally located the order. the money amount did not match and they kept insisting, again, it was not my order!
they finally randomly said maybe the amount is different due to bank charges on me - which didnt make any sense becos what they received was less than what i paid - so bank charges were on them.
we asked for the receipt and they said they could not manually send it & added that some of the fabrics we ordered were out of stock.
We asked if we could see what was out of stock so that we could arrange a replacement immediately as there were certain colours that we urgently needed. No, that could not be done.
Ended the call, with no apology of mis-sight on their part and no effort at all to help to at least do us the courtesy of replacing out of stock fabrics manually. that little extra mile could have been done to right the whole distressing & confusing situation they created.
