App Not Tracking Properly Support
Initially, they were resistant to helping out but once escalated the team handled the issue promptly. My app had stopped tracking my game but they managed to fix it manually and explained why it may not have been working. No issues now.

No payout???
Only tracked £6/50 I earned on the app. I reached out to besitos they asked for proof so I sent them screen recordings still no response. Been waiting two months. Going to have to complain to BBB as it doesn’t seem like they intend on compensating me for my time and effort.

Points wont continue to track after Customer Service help
I don’t like that you can’t switch devices to play I didn’t realize you couldn’t do that and that screw up my points. My levels and winnings aren’t tracking I got it fixed by customer service but I was a one and done and the rest of my point still won’t trackI’m thinking of getting rid of KashKick and switching to Branded Surveys. They’d don’t have these problems

It's a good app to make a few bucks
It's a good app to make a few bucks. They are quick to reply and assist with any problems, however the app will stop tracking your progress even though you haven't done anything differently through the game. They will manually add the money, but if it happens again they won't.

Your app disconnects from the games. Then the rewards don’t apply. Then your reps just apply the credit one time but it won’t apply again. It’s a scam.
