Very poor customer service

I placed my order days ago. Their website says that they ship within a day (depends on the time the order was placed). I never got an email about shipment or anything, no tracking number, nothing. I tried calling customer service. I was told “your call is first in line” for two hours. I’ve sent multiple emails and no response. I think I was scammed. Seems like they just took my money and that’s it.

Karma Beauty is a scam!
Be aware! Straight Ahead & Karma Beauty are the same brands! They sell the same products for different prices. They scammed me and my daughter at the mall and sold us their Straight Ahead hair straightener for $250 when they sell the same crap for $20 on Amazon. Their product sucks, and they're scammers on top of it. Stay Away!

My first order with Karma was placed in November 2014, my second was placed in February 2016. On both occasions I purchased multiple gift sets and on both occasions the company dispatched some of the order and both times a note was scribbled on my invoice commenting that they were out of stock of remainder. I then had to chase them both times for refunds for the missing items.

They do not apologise and they do not refund immediately, you have to pursue them. They also do not even have the courtesy to inform you prior to dispatch that your order is short, the first you are aware of it is when the box arrives missing a substantial proportion of your goods.

Take my advice and shop elsewhere, they are not selling anything that you could not pick up cheaper from bigger, more professional companies with better staff, prices and far better stock control. If you do your research, you'll find plenty mail order companies offering 15% and 20% discount codes too: win, win.

Really fast delivery, well packaged with care and good communication from the stellar. Perfect shopping experience.
