Very good overall service and items
Kandco are a very good store overall have ordered a lot from them and have been happy with all of it they could have a better range of computer accessories like keyboards,mice,speakers and even computer parts and stuff like that but i recommend them as a brand give them a try i think you will be pleased

Poor response to queries raised regarding delivery problems
Usually have not problems with K&Co, generally happy with whole experience from ordering to delivery. However, not so good an experience this time round.
collect+ failed to deliver my items and returned them to K&Co, I contacted K&Co regarding this and although they re-ordered my items 1 of these had sold out, i was assured the item that had been returned by collect+ would be traced and re-sent to me, but this has not happened. When the remaining parcels did arrive 1 item was missing, but was charged to my account. After contacting customer services i was told this would be investigated and i would be contacted regarding the re-ordering of the product - this has not happened.

Horrible company
Used to be a good company until they started adding the interest to your balance when u order something on a buy now pay later. U only get charged interest if you don't pay the balance off by the date so why add it to the balance before then. I always pay before the date and feel I can now not buy what I want as when I try it puts me away over my available balance. Once I have paid what I owe I will never use the company again.

Quality and convenience.
Buying was easy, I searched online, added things to my basket, the whole process was very straight forward. There is a lot of choice available and the reviews of the products are a great help when selecting items. I have bought large kitchen appliances from K&co in the past so I love the weekly payments. My last purchase was for clothes, the delivery was a little slow on these and I received my statement with these items on it a few days before I received the clothes, that meant my minimum payment went up but I didn't know if the clothes would be suitable.

I have been a customer for many years and have always received excellent service from K and Co.
I am particularly pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality of goods. Often order one day, delivered the next.
No messing around with returns, it's a very easy process.

I ordered a lamp table in November and it was delivered damaged and painted over with cream paint I then sent this iteam back and reordered this two more times and the same table was sent out to me at this point three times damaged in the same place. My husband is a quality engineer for a national company and we still have had no joy with customer servises when i phoned I was promised a call back which never happened. I would still like the table too go with the other two matching iteams but it has put me off ordering again. I am a good customer and should of not been treated in this way. Your customer is dreadfull so I am not expecting you to contact me but it would be nice because after my iteams are paid for I will not be ordering again
Customer treats
I have shopped with Kay's and now K & Co for over 20 years, over this time the commission has become less and less, so not much incentive to get people ordering.
I used to run it and buy big purchases over the years but now, there doesn't seem to be commission paid on sale items, special buys, save 10% but why shouldn't we still receive commission on these items??
As well I had a little trouble last year gaining payments from a customer when I wanted advice on this I was told your account your responsibility? REALLY again where is the support from yourselves to encourage us to run the club as a small way of earning commission. Thank fully after a very hard year I managed to secure the payments but it was stressful and I should have been able to ask for some support even if that was just by means of a letter being sent out on your note paper asking for the customer to make regular payments.
The electrical items have also become very overpriced after doing some research on a fridge and freezer the ones I wanted would have cost over £500 more from Kay's I know you need to make a profit but that seems just like daylight robbery needless to say I didn't order them and again the commission earned would have warranted the extra cost.
On a plus though I like the free delivery's and returns and the fact that now we can do 99% on line the phones were always terrible to get through on anyway.
Good value for money and no interest charges over some time periods
I love Kandco because I think that they have the best in catalogue shopping in my experience. I love the versatility in ranges from clothes to household goods and childrens toys. I also love that you can spread the cost at no extra charge over 20 weeks and I think it is also on 40 weeks. Of course you can always pay the full balance which I normally do. It is great to also get a percentage back on what you do spend which goes to let you save up if you so desire for that something special that you want without having to pay out anymore if you have collected enough in your pot. Delivery is always fast and no quibble at all on the returns if you need to send things back. Being an online shopper I have been able to request that they don't send me catalogues and promotional material through the mail which I have not been able to do with a few other mail order firms which I find really annoying as it all just ends up as recycling and costs the county money as well as the catalogue themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending Kandco as a friendly easy to talk to and trustworthy company.
No Catalogue?
Very disappointed you are no longer sending out catalogues. Although I usually place my orders on-line, I have always preferred to look at a physical catalogue. I have been an agent/customer with Kays for over 40 years and I really looked forward to my catalogues arriving in January and then June and being able to look through them at my leisure . Very very sad that I can no longer do this..
Otherwise love the company ,the excellent delivery service and customer services have always been so helpful when I've had any problems. Please bring back catalogues ! ! !

Available items arrived very quickly, as per usual. I item was no longer available, but I was notified of this via 2 formats and a item that I returned was credited to the order quickly. No complaints, particularly regarding customer service.

Called & emailed customer services on countless occasions but still haven't had a satisfactory answer and one of the items still hasn't been collected!! One email that I received was abrubt & plain rude! Once I've paid my outstanding balance I'll be closing my account. I seem to be constantly banging my head against a wall & getting nowhere.
your delivery is rubbish
I ordered goods to be delivered to a shop as l was away. You delivered to the shop did not send me a code to get the parcel. Rang an 0844 number which is more than normal rates was given a code. This code did not match the parcel so wasted journey to shop. Ran again 0844 number now am given an 0845 number again not normal rates to try to get the code to get my parcel. If this does not work will not be shopping with K and Co ever again. Cost too much in Phone Calls and wastes a lot of my valuable time
my experience of Kays
Kays took over Empire some years ago. My Dad used to run a Kays account when I was young so they are an older catalogue company. I have found them to be useful when I am shopping for specific items and I need to spread the cost over a period. They are more expensive than high St shopping but sometimes this is outweighed by the delivery to my home and the cashback reward. It is easy to order, easy to pay and easy to return goods if not suitable.

I ordered a new pair of suede slouch boots at full price and a dress that was advertised as being in the sale. I got all the way to the checkout and then I was told that the dress was out of stock in my size - disappointed to say the least! The boots arrived within a week of ordering and were left safe by the delivery driver, as requested. I was very happy with the ordering process for the boots, as I have been with almost all the orders I have placed and received from K&Co in the last 20yrs. I was, however, very disappointed that the dress was shown as available and then out of stock at the last minute. Maybe some "tidying up" in the order process might be required! The sizing is usually accurate and I haven't had to return many items in my time with K&Co, except when I have been "between sizes" so was unsure which size to order! I also had a slight problem a few months ago as I hadn't ordered for some time and my direct debit was cancelled without notifying me. It caused me some concern when I opened my statement to be advised I was in arrears but, despite this, I would like to think that I will remain as a K&Co customer for the foreseeable future.
