My wife ordered 2 dresses on a Sunday and received one on Monday and the other on Tuesday! Both pink - a day dress and a gorgeous velvet one for special. She is 5ft 3in and 9st 7lb and chose size 14. A good fit!

Be very careful and check your statements thoroughly. In early January I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer cost £129.99 and paid extra for next day delivery. The item did not arrive as it was lost/damaged so I said I wish to cancel as I was not given a date when I would receive a replacement. On January 15th the cost of the Air Fryer was added to my account. On 20th February when I received my statement I noticed that the Air Fryer I had never received was still on my account and they had charged me interest on the item I did not receive. When I first rang Kaleidoscope I was assured that I had not been charged interest on the £129.99 but when I rechecked my statement it was obvious I had been charged interest. I do not like being lied to, I rang back to `kaleidoscope and made it quite clear I wanted the excess interest they had taken from me paid back.

Good quality merchandise, prompt delivery and special offers and discounts are generous. Very pleased with the bed linen I bought.

Well the delivery date was way off. I had to keep checking the status only to find it was still processing.
When my purchase finally arrived I was a bit taken aback as the description stated 4 in a box. This is misleading, as it is one in a box with 4 flower arms.

I have returned the items, which were not suitable.
