Great customer service
I accidentally ordered 4 tickets for a Friday at a festival, fully paid, terms and conditions signed. I then realised I’d booked the wrong day, I was meant to book Saturday! I emailed Kaboodle as soon as I realised, worried I wouldn’t be able to change the booking and had wasted my money. A member of staff named Georgia replied and was understanding of my mistake, professional and kind, and amended my tickets quickly with no hassle. I really appreciate it, and gives me faith in using Kaboodle again!
