We really did have an unforgettable holiday and cannot wait to go again!

Our first experience of a motorhome trip and we loved it. Once we got used to how everything worked, we did not want to give it back. It drive well down to Cornwall and everything worked perfectly.
The mattress was a little firm for my liking but other than that it was fabulous and we can’t wait to go again.
It helps to have bikes and leave the van on site as the roads and parking are difficult with a large van.

Renting a motorhome from just go Toddington branch was all round great experience, the motorhome was absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The contact support team did not respond majority of times - when I pointed out at the time of return of the vehicle-3 different people said they cannot answer my questions and sent me away

Our experience with Just Go was great from start to finish. All of the staff that we dealt with were helpful and the motorhome we chose was perfect for our needs. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and information supplied was useful. We would highly recommend Just Go for anyone looking for this type of holiday or simply to try a motorhome prior to purchase.

Everything about the vehicle, the process of collection and the staff was good. 4-stars given to reflect the quality of the website which doesn't have the ability to reflect your booking status as you progress through it and communication post return regarding the liability deposit was non-existent until I enquired. These 2 things just let the side down.

Thank you to all the staff at Just Go Toddington. They were very friendly and very thorough on handover. The motorhome we hired was top notch and we had no problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and will most definitely use Just Go again.

Had a challenger Motorhome from them for 8 days, must say I was impressed by the company and the vehicle, it was brand new with only 1500 miles on the clock and was an excellent drive, and we really enjoyed our time in it.
Everything was fine on return but I elected to bring it back a day early it was worth it to return vehicle stress-free in the afternoon. I found topping up the LPG and AdBlu a bit inconvenient and time-consuming for a "newbie" (especially for a total value of only 3 GBP) and would definitely had missed the 10am deadline had I planned this in the morning.

We hired a 2 Berth Mystery and that is what we got. The 2 Berth was ample for me and the wife and was actually very handy being only 6m long.
All and all everything went well apart from a house battery charging problem but after contacting Justgo through the emergency number we came to a happy compromise and we carried on with our trip.
We had the van for nearly 4 weeks and did 2500 miles, mostly in Scotland where we drove the North Coast 500. We would recommend Justgo.

It was my first contact with Just Go, but it will not be my last. Pickup and drop-off of the vehicles was quick and smooth. Nice and competent service. Wonderful holidays

I would recommend this company very highly they have gone over and beyond helping us out explaining stuff the sell went smoothly they are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable

The ONLY thing I can mention is if possible JustGo give some idea how long the LPG and Leisure batteries usually last with moderate usage. As first timers I was constantly concened we would not last and it was nigh on impossible to find a garage that sold LPG. Other than this (and this is not really a fault) I could not find fault with the service or the vehicle.

We have been hiring annually from Just Go for several years and have always been 100 happy with our campervan, however this year we did not get the vehicle we reserved. Instead we were given something equivalent that was inferior. Manual wasn’t for our vehicle, sun shades didn’t fit the windows and a poor configuration of space meant no work surface in the kitchen area and the bedroom did not have jack and jill doors like the model we reserved. It was open plan - to isolate the bedroom you have to leave the toilet door fully open and enjoy the smell of the toilet chemical in the bedroom. Hardly any storage area either. Pick up and drop service excellent as usual.

First time renting from Just Go, collected a brand new motorhome which was a lovely surprise. Hand over very good.

Van excellent, had a fantastic holiday, can’t recommend them enough!

we really enjoyed our experience, the van was brand new and immaculate. it was super comfy and we would definitely do it again. the only negative was the charge for leaving the car there during our rental of the van, we felt this was a little unfair and should have been included with the hire of the van.

Excellent staff, easy process great explanation on handover, we will be hiring again
