The product was as expected of a very high quality. The team at Julia Jones were very good communicators - I asked a question and got a response quickly. They knew I had a deadline for delivery and they made sure my sofa bed arrived on time. For me it was an expensive purchase but I cannot fault their service. I also reached out pre online purchase and they mocked up different designs for me which really helped me. I have looked online at their shop for many years and they did not disappoint

Excellent communication. Product was a bit delayed but that wasn’t their fault and they kept me informed. Very happy with it once received.

I had particular difficulties as wanted the furniture delivered before I had an op as I wouldn't as able to lift it after the op.
