This Company is a Scam , I bought card of $50 dollars since yesterday, they charged $66 total till now I’m yet to get the card sent to me , This is a scam

They scam people by pretending to send the products , i have lost $100 on the platform, they will not send you the product, i bought itunes and i never got it.

Jour Cards are scams! They took my my money but never want to provide me with my $75 iTunes card. Don't fall for this scam with them guys. They never reply to their messages on WhatsApp. For two days now I bought the iTunes card, I haven't received anything from them.

Don’t patronize jour cards if you don’t want to loose your money, I purchased a $20usd iTunes card & didn’t get delivery, customer care never responded to pile of messages I sent. Till now no refund no response, no card. Patronize at your own risk!

Worst website do not buy from them . I repeat do not purchase from them

I paid for a Visa $5 Giftcard with crypto it said that the could would be sent to email. but its been days and i havent gotten it.

This is the worst gift card exchange site. The CEO is bold with scam . Imagine he said it takes 72hrs yo exchange gift card, even at that , he won't attend to the order until you hear Card USED. He scammed my friend for $200 Usd Apple gift card last month (May23,2026). He was saying rubbish after 11 days unattended to a single $200. He is scam, a thief that is taking people little fund .

I was able to chat with the Jourscard CEO, his response to me was awkward. I dropped a card over 11 days, he only got back to me yesterday. His response was my card has been used after they are in possession of the card over 11 days . The company policy stated 72hrs. He denied that my card was reading zero balance after 11 days . The other card I sent to Chinese vendor was active and I got paid . He want me to loose the $200. I will say this , jourscard is not reliable, Jourcard is a scam , the management is thief . If I had not come to Trust pilot , they won't open a chat with me . I know he is a big man, that is why he is cheating a poor person like me. I will review this website over and over till justice is been done . His response was a straight jacket .

I ordered a product for 3 days now no delivery and I have tried emailing them no response and I tried whatsapp no response, this site is now a scam. BEWARE!!!

pathetic excuse for a site, scamming people. avoid at all costs.

I paid $20 itunes card and I received a confirmation that my funds has been received and it has been more than 24 hours I have not received my card. This is a scam of a website, no one should use them! I will report them on other platforms.

They are reliable

I made a purchase of $100 visa card on jour-cards since 10.102025 unfortunately I used an email that has been closed to make the purchase, immediately I realised the mistake I have been reaching out to them with my other email sending the details of the transactions and my email address used to make the purchase, up till now there has not been a single reply from them, I don't know at this point if they intend to deliver my purchase or not, and the fact that their customer service don't reply to emails make it more frustrating. Guys be careful

Jour card has refused to neither give me what i paid for or reimburse me, Jourcard is a cheater

I bought a card from them today and they didn't send it they are stealing people's money it is high time Trustpilot brings them down.

I feel very bad for getting ripped by jourcard after purchasing an iTunes card of $15 and I was giving a used iTunes card to my email I feel very bed for jourcard and I think they need shutdown then getting People ripped off from there hard earn money very very bad

Jourcards, you mailed me to put down the negative post and you’d get my card problem I paid for resolved. You never did and as soon as I posted this positive post. You stopped mailing me and my $48 is just gone. This is rip off and it makes no sense.
