Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service, shipping, and return policies. Do not order from them unless you want to deal with a logistical nightmare and the worst customer service. Never got my product because I don’t work from home and I had to be there to sign. UPS ignored my signatures (virtual and written) and shipped back to Joov. Joov told me they could ship it back to me for an additional fee. Total money grab and scammers.

Quality is atrocious

Quality is atrocious. The plastic clips break every 5 months and they gouge you to buy new ones for $50. You will pay $3K for a device that is no better than Chinese ones and get terrible support. I deeply regret buying from this company.

my knees felt great on the first use!

I am a runner since 2001. In the last three years, I've reduced my running to twice a week approx. 10 miles combined. I have started experiencing temporary stiffness on my joints shortly afterwards. After a 6 mile run recently, I did the first 10 min session of red light therapy, about 15 minutes later I stood up to get something and I was surprised I did have the typical lingering stiffness around my knees I had grown accustomed to. Definitely becoming a recovery component to my routine,

Extremely disappointed in this company…

Extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service department, particularly Jane P. the customer service manager. I purchased a 3.0 panel with a floor stand. I decided I needed a mobile stand, but the only way Jane would allow me to do this is if I purchased 3 more panels to get the complete quad mobile setup. This left me with an empty floor stand. I asked to purchase one more panel to go in the now EMPTY floor stand and she refused, stating she did not sell panels without stands. I already purchased the stand for a single 3.0 panel AND purchased the quad stand with 3 panels, putting my 4th panel on the mobile stand. There is NO need for an additional stand if I purchase another 3.0 panel. Still she refused and refused to give me her supervisor's name and email. This is horrible customer service and a horrible business practice. Trying go get extra money out of customers for something they do not need.

DO NOT BUY THE JOOV GO 2.0 - total rip off

I bought the Joov GO 2.0 from Australia. I shop online all the time and millions of eCommerce sites will display their currency, and will make it very clear whether you are shopping in USD or your local currency. And I have come to understand that if a currency is not displayed, that it is ASSUMED to be in the local currency, which in my case would be Australian Dollars. To my horror, a $599 purchase was charged to my card as $1100.

When I sent an enquiry about this they said that I could refund it but that it would cost me freight plus a restocking fee, which would be a total of $341 down the drain to then not own any device. Then there's still no guarantees that the product would be 'accepted' for refund.

Also, all the videos I watched showed the handheld device covering the face. It certainly does not cover the face. You have to move the device around quite a number of times to get full face coverage. This means that no part of your face is getting the full 10 minuts recommended dose.

I am incredibly disappointed. And the attitude of the helps staff is terribly rude and entitled. Including this comment like "We are an American company shipping from America, so you should have known that it would be in USD".

No sir, I have no idea where you are shipping from, and I never investigate where the product is shipping from. For alI know it could be shipping from Brazil or Pakistan and the company could be Norwegian.

It is the duty of all eCommerce merchants to clearly display the currency of every purchase - and failure to do this is deliberately misleading the public.

Also, I have never once in my life ever written a review on any review platform, that's how ripped off I feel with this product.

Where is the zero or negative star button :/
This product is a total rip-off and not worth $1100 USD - AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company is the worst customer…

This company is the worst customer service ever. You can’t never talk to a person over the phone. Once you buy a product and if you have an issue or other questions about the product, might as well forget it. They don’t care. They got your money. There are better companies with better customer service. They stop responding to emails and find no resolution.

Terrible Customer Service and they do not have a number to call

Exactly like the others reviews said - "Terrible C/S" and lots of attitude. No number to call, only Chat or email. If they don't like what you type, they just stop responding to your inquiry. My C/S rep is supposedly a operations manager-Stuart P. After lack of response, I asked if my only remedy was to dispute the charges with my CC company. Still no response. Interesting how you cannot post a review to their site, yet, they only post positive reviews. Very unethical.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I provided all of the detail in my first email and the CSR asked me the same questions. I jumped through all of the hoops and the response was still the same. It needs to be sent in and it will cost you. I am frustrated as this is a light and it is used for 20 minutes a day and it stopped working. Customer Service is horrible and the unit is unreliable. Don’t buy!

Interesting how you can’t leave a public review for Joov. They only show misleading non verified marketing reviews on the website.
Huge mistake trusting Hubberman Labs Podcast referral for this. Avoid them too!

The irony that JOOOVV is a seller of medical-grade devices designed to support health and wellness. My experience has left me with serious concerns about the companys business practices and integrity, particularly regarding their refund and return policy. I purchased a device for approximately $600. However, after careful consideration, I concluded that the device did not justify the hefty price tag. I decided to return it, taking all necessary steps to ensure a safe return. I meticulously packaged the device, purchased insurance and confirmed that it was sent back in its original packing, to my surprise, JOOOV refused my return, claiming the device was not in great condition due to an alleged small, superficial scratch. I was left with two unfavorable options: either pay additional fees to have the device returned to me, or forfeit the entire $600 with no refund whatsoever. Additionally, I received no compensation for the add-ons I purchased with the device.I find it troubling that such a minimal issue (that quite frankly I think is a scam tactic) was used to justify a complete denial of my refund. This experience raises concerns about the companys integrity, as it feels like an attempt to retain funds unjustly. The lack of any compromise or consideration for the consumers investmentespecially in a health-related purchaseseems unprofessional and contrary to the companys mission of supporting customer well-being.I hope this message serves as a caution to future customers.

Worse customer service

I bought their handheld device spent over $600. The band came apart so I sent it back to get repaired. I was still under warranty so they took it back amd fixed it. Then they claim they sent it back. The tracking they provided says nothing except it’s in transit, it’s been two weeks. Their customer service seems to be run by a guy named Linus. You can’t speak to anyone just email Linus, who just repeats what the tracking # states- it’s in transit without an ETA. This is the worse customer support I’ve experienced. You can’t speak to anyone! At this point I want my money back, don’t buy from them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought 4 panels and 2 have malfunctioned. They don't stand behind the product. The panels are very heavy and cost a small fortune to ship back to them, only to receive them back still not working. Really disappointing. There are better, newer options out there.

I wish I had checked here first. Joovv has the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. The entire company seems to be run by a guy named Stuart who refused to let me correspond with anyone else at the company (and there's only one email listed, and Stuart runs it ... no phone number).
My product never came. The shipment tracker said it was delivered to a different town than my address is in. Stuart refused to just replace the product (at this point, I'd just like a refund because I am appalled by this company's ethics) and is inciting that we must wait for the UPS investigation. Meanwhile, I just paid 500.00 plus dollars for this product that is to be used to pain relief and I can't buy another one due to the cost. Any reputable company would see that all the evidence shows that the product was not delivered and send one right away, and then deal with UPS separately to get their money back on the lost product. This is absolutely ridiculous and I can't find anyone else at the company to talk to, since Stuart is controlling the email correspondence. What a horrible horrible company with no empathy or understanding. This is a short sighted way to make money and the business will not last much longer hopefully.
