Disappointing experience—they refuse to honor their own promotions and tracking data.
I am highly disappointed with how this app handles customer accounts and rewards. This is the second time I have run into major functional issues with Klover. First, my account access was temporarily blocked due to a camera glitch on their end during a standard identity check. Now, they are completely refusing to honor a 20,000-point subscription promotion that I successfully completed through their direct app link on May 18th. I provided concrete, time-stamped proof of completion and official receipts. Despite this, customer support demanded a screenshot of the live offer wall. This is a logistical impossibility because Klover’s own system automatically deletes a promotional ad from your dashboard the exact moment you click it and fulfill it. Support keeps claiming they "cannot find the offer," entirely ignoring the internal click-through tracking tokens generated by their own servers on that date. Leaving an urgent support ticket sitting for days with no real response after promising a supervisor escalation is unacceptable. If you use this app, be warned that their promotional tracking is highly unreliable, and customer service will offer nothing but a runaround instead of fixing backend errors. Avoid relying on their milestone promises.
