Your service was good and the item was delivered as promised on time.

I had two slight problems. 1. A small scratch across the front of one of the 4 cameras and 2. Not reading the instructions properly!
One phone call and the camera was replaced instantly. For problem No 2 I phoned to ask a question that I would have known the answer to if I'd read the instructions properly. The query was answered politely and quickly. I'd also like to add that before buying the system I'd phoned a couple of other companies who a) didn't seem to know what they were talking about and b) their cheaper prices were disguised by additional costs as you placed the order.
The system I bought was just over £500, came quickly and works faultlessly. Worth noting that you really do get what you pay for with this type of kit.

I purchased a product and was having difficulty setting it up. James took the time to go through the set up procedure and all is now well. Excellent after sales service.

Delivery was always prompt.

Nice to know there is always expertise on the other end of the phone.
