Ordered an item which took a little longer than stated to arrive which was to be expected during the Christmas period. Customer services was very prompt in responding and was happy to rectify the issue but the item arrived the following day. Very happy with the product and service.

I brought the NGT profiler bivvy, turned up when expected undamaged, Perfect. But the bivvy up and due to the warehouse/factory it was made, I had a pole missing. Contacted JKOutdoors and within 3 days they had it sorted, great customer service!

I recently made a order from JK and delivery was fast and the products are great will be ordering from them again!

I'm using JK Outdoors for the second time. The site has a good range of many Nash items and all at reasonable prices. Despite it being one of the busiest internet weekends they still managed to ship the next day and items arrived the day after as advertised (unlike some of the larger sites which I'm still waiting for...!). Unfortunately 1 small item was missing but a quick email resolved this without fuss and it arrived the next day. Very good service and nice to see. Well done.

First time dealing with this company and only knew about them when buying through eBay. I ordered two items, which were a good fair price, the package arrived a day early which was great. However I was one item short. so I contacted them direct via email and had a very friendly and positive response the problem resolved. More than happy to recommend them and deal with them in the future. An aside to this I did try to contact them through the eBay site which was a real pain to be fair and I was getting nowhere with it. This was not the fault of the company themselves so more than pleased to contact them direct. its just a heads up if things don't quite work out through eBay that's all.

Brilliant customer service , sent an email regarding my parcel and got a reply basically straight away and sorted me out , highly recommend 5* from me

Excellent service and great price! Although there was a minor issue with receiving my parcel (not the seller’s fault), Royal Mail attempted delivery on a Saturday while I was out and didn’t leave the package outside, so I had to wait until Monday evening to collect it. Despite this, the seller’s communication was top-notch throughout the process, and I would happily order again.

Don't answer emails or phone calls.

Edit: They did finally get back to me saying that they with very busy and had troubles with their messages but offered me a refund straight away.
