Our driver was very professional and arrived a few minutes early for our drive from a hotel near Heathrow to Southampton. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Much more pleasant to have a private car and less expensive than the van options we considered.

Jewels Airport transfers was the solution to my quest to secure transportation to three different locations on three different days (Heathrow, Southhampton, Bath) during my week long trip last week. I researched different modes of transportation and prices, looking for stress free, fast, and comfortable travel (i.e. no buses or trains) at a reasonable price. Figuring out the timing and logistics wasn't easy until I spoke with Jewels Airport transfers. In this age of online booking, finding a company where I could contact them by phone to get the quotes and arrange meeting points made a huge difference. They also provide phone numbers for the drivers for any last minute issues. The drivers were punctual and professional. At no point did I stress about getting to my destinations on time. The fares were reasonable and worth every penny!

Absolutely awful. The car sent to Heathrow was a downgrade to what we had paid and too small for all our luggage. The pick up was chaotic and confusing and we could not find the car. The seatbelt at the back didn't work properly. The driving was erratic and our car was beeped on two occasions due to bad driving. Would never do near this company again.

I used Jewels for both my collection from Heathrow to my hotel in Chelmsford and the return trip two weeks later.
The drivers were extremely professional and friendly and most importantly on time.
The cost was very competitive and only just above the price of public transport whilst providing a door to door service.
I cannot recommend highly enough and will certainly use their service again.

I had to travel to/from Heathrow recently for my holiday, and used Jewels on both occasions. I had no complaints whatsoever. They were on time, both drivers were courteous and friendly, and helped with my luggage. On my return trip my plane landed half an hour early, but my driver was already there waiting for me! I recommend them if, like me, you hate lugging your luggage around on public transport.
