Having worked in corporate travel for many years, I am used to seeing how different private flight companies approach potential customers. What stood out to me about JetFinder was the genuine and personal way they handled everything. While we were in Naples last spring, we decided to visit their downtown gallery and spent nearly an hour speaking with Christian. He walked us through the membership details, answered everything we asked, and kept the conversation relaxed without any aggressive sales pitch. We felt comfortable moving forward and joined later that afternoon.

After using a wide range of commercial and private flight providers for both domestic and international travel, I have become quite particular about service quality. JetFinder has earned my trust mainly through its consistency. The team is attentive, organized, and seems to think through the small details that make a significant difference during a trip. I have been a member for quite some time and have recommended the service through the referral program several times. The catering menu could be a little more extensive, but overall that is a very small drawback compared with the quality of the service, and I am always happy to book when I have the opportunity.

I have now flown with JetFinder on two occasions over the past year, and the experience has been far beyond what I expected. The difference compared with normal airline travel is immediately noticeable, especially when it comes to the attention given to customers. I always felt appreciated and well supported throughout the journey, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. My husband organized the trips for me, so I cannot comment on making a booking myself just yet. Hopefully I will get the chance to do that very soon.

Beware! Jetfinder is a SCAM! --disgusting and derogatory language. Instead, conversations with Monarch Air Group (Argus)and IJ IsraJets have been reputable. Both classy, kind, and TRUSTworthy. Look at the other reviews of Jetfinder-- 1 star!!!!! The guy's reply is outright lie. All the one star reviews are proof. To repeat, The person is disreputable and derogatory. I have booked two private plane transports through a wonderful agent in Asia. Potential buyers BEWARE.

Last month we negotiated with JetFinder to book a private jet. We made full prepayment for a particular jet, but there were some difficulties with the air operator; they did not confirm the flight. We requested a refund from JetFinder. JetFinder confirmed.

JetFinder informed us that they would issue a refund shortly within a week. We reminded them a few times, they apologized for the delay. Now they are not replying us, ignoring us and they still haven't made the refund.

Please, be aware.

Was communicated extremely rudely, told "bye" midway through an enquiry and blocked.
