I ordered a pair of shoe from this website JeansFellow footwear and pair 1000 in advance in 5th April. The claim that they will deliver the product in 10-15 days But till this date I haven't received the product yet. Now they are not receiving my phone call and not answering my massage. Please be safe from this type of scammers.

আমি গত অক্টোবরে প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করেছি ।
কিন্তু তারা আমাকে সময়মত ডেলিভারী দিতে না পারায় আমি তাদের কাছ থেকে
রিফান্ড ক্লেইম করি গত নভেম্বরে যা আজ পর্যন্ত পাই নি।
যত বারি তাদেরকে ফোন দেয় তারা দিচ্ছি দিব বলে দেয় না

Scam amd fraud.
I ordered a product amd they stop contacting me and didn’t receive my product after 2months of ordering that.

Fraud...Product order korchu 9 month aage...na Product diche...then order place korar kotha 15-20 din er moddhe last aa late korte korte 2 month geche...then ami order cancel korlam...bolche refund korbe 7 month hoye geche...kal phn dile bollo j ekkhuni diye dicchi then block kore diche..

Scammer and Fraud.

I placed an prepaid order with Bkash because there was no way to place COD order. When 3 days went by I called to ask when the product will arrive and the customer care agent told me it will take 15 working days. Note that in their website there was not a single line mentioning this that they take this long. They wrote this line in Terms and Condition tic box which no body opens. After 15 days ended I called again and pressured for my product and they sais it will take another 15 days. then that 15 days period ended and I called again. They again said 15 days.
I placed this order in July 14 and they delivered that product in October. I kept asking for product and said I will file a case with Vokta Odhikar.
After all this time and countless lies they sent the product and it is the wrong size, wrong color and a cheap copy. These cheaters should be held accountable booked for these crimes.
