They keep me informed and all staff are friendly and ensure issues such as certification are kept up to date. It is reassuring to have his team looking after my portfolio knowing if I am away my tenants will be cared for.
James is very knowledgeable on the legal aspects of properties and has given me very good advice on many occasions for which I am very grateful.
I have also purchased property from Jaymans and again communication and service were excellent.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service we have received at Jayman’s in Lichfield. We chose to use Jayman’s and their fully managed landlord service to rent out our house, and Laura Connolly has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I opted for Jayman’s after visiting several local estate agents and Laura’s professionalism, efficiency and expert knowledge impressed me and put me at ease right from the start; she made Jayman’s stand out from all other estate agents.
