Excellent company and Laura was so helpful. After applying for a property it took just over a week to move in. We were kept up to date with emails, wich is a lot more than can be said about another local letting company. Would highly recommend jaymans, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

Absolutely outstanding service! I called Jayman as had to fix a tap. Cortney managed to arrange contractor so quickly and efficient. Although, fortunately, it was a very minor incident, Jayman response been so professional and well organized. Happy to be a customer of agency who really cares and delivers fantastic services. Honestly can't rate Jayman Estate agents highly enough!! We had to pull out of a house purchase at the last minute and our buyers were keen to move in to our old property so we had to move fast! We contacted Jayman and they arranged a viewing for us. I can't believe how quickly they managed to take us from viewing it to the paperwork being sorted to us getting the keys - it all took place within a couple of days!! They were all professional, replied quickly to my (numerous!) emails and were fantastic throughout - thank you!!

We needed a home, our house was flooded out & our insurance put us in a hotel as we couldn’t live at home of which this hotel then had to close due to Coronavirus. We had found a property to rent which was perfect & Laura helped us so much in getting this through for us quickly. Under these extremely difficult unprecedented times Laura was always polite, friendly & understanding. Always available via telephone or email & very helpful. She really is an asset to Jaymans. Times are scary, and while many estate agents didn't get back to us on lettings, didn't keep us updated or straight up refused to let us view anything, Jay Mitchinson from Jayman was really awesome.

Though we weren't allowed to view prior to application, Jay offered to video call us from the property, pushed our references through quicker than usual, and have allowed us to do our own inventory to reduce the time other people would be in the property. We even picked the keys up from a colleague's home and didn't come within 10 meters of her!

I am sure that in any normal circumstances the staff at Jaymans deliver great customer service however, given the current situation we are in, they have been outstanding.

Poplars Lichfield Limited have been using Jayman Lettings for a while now and they have proved to be a very reliable and professional team. They have provided us with an excellent service and communication has been excellent.
