Nothing ever didn't go wrong with Jansno...Warranties are not real or supported, so...Don't ever buy this Ebike...Time alone and pimples growing throughout your Skin is not worth the idea of the purchase...it will cost you a lot of extra money too...Stay away from it!!! SCAMMERS!

I researched the hell out of this bike before taking the leap because I liked what people where saying about the excellent customer service and my kids liked the look of them . Well i ended up ordering one in the morning and then another in the afternoon with a few accessories . Got a purchase notification later only for the second order which said the item was shipped , then later some guy from China messages me and says free shipping on the first bike was now actually going to cost me and extra $300 . I told him to cancel both orders which he said he couldn't because they where already on the way , to which I replied I would be sending it back once they arrived , THEN he says alright , I'll refund you then ( even though he said he'd already sent them ) WHAT a bunch of scammers these people are , I'm glad I didn't facilitate them in anyway .

Janobike e20, acquistata presso Amazon. Motore distrutto dopo appena 1080 km. Sempre tenuta con cura, sempre usato la pedalata per assistere il motore in partenza, sempre tenuta in garage, mai preso acqua. Comunque sia, può capitare.
Serve un motore nuovo che io sarei disposto a pagare. E inaccettabile però che il venditore se ne lavi le mani dicendo che devo arrangiarmi ad acquistarlo facendo ricerca su internet !
Su internet non si trova niente. Inutili i miei reclami su Amazon. Bicicletta pagata 900€ da buttare via. VERGOGNA !

Acquistato una bike jansno X50, dopo meno di un anno il motore va in "corto" bruciando cavo di alimentazione e probabilmente controller. Ho contattato l'assistenza la quale ha ammesso una problematica di difetto sul motore. Al momento della spedizione in garanzia esce fuori che il motore è garantito appena sei mesi...come possibile sul motore di una bike elettrica? Non mi hanno concesso la sostituzione del controller dicendo che è buono, nonostante l'insistenza del mio tecnico. Vedremo quando sarà il tutto montato, ma nel frattempo arriverà il motore RIACQUISTATO, di sicuro si annullerà la garanzia anche sul controller qualora risultasse fuori uso. Profondamente delusa!!

La mia esperienza positiva con jansno.com è stata resa tale dal fatto di aver acquistato una bici fat nella fattispecie jansno x 50 con ruote fat da 20" e cerchi in lega. Con un motore da 750w di potenza nominale ed una batteria da 48volt 14 ah..Ragazzi bici veramente fantastica che da molte soddisfazioni che affronta salite anche di una pendenza considerevole senza eccessivo sforzo muscolare.Oltretutto tempi di consegna brevissimi dall'acquisto ed un prezzo formidabile...Consiglio vivamente JANSNO.COM

The Jansno X70 is amazing, it have a great range and price, the only thing that insn't that great are his brakes, they are not enough for the speed. In general is a grat bike.

I've purchased two Jansno E bikes, the X 50 and the X 70. I like both bikes, I've had a couple of issues contacted Jansno via email and they rectified both issues almost immediately. Great company, good quality merchandise.

I bought the Jansno X50 as I wanted a e-bike to commute to work. I am quite a large fella and wanted a bike that would suit me. The price was excellent at £800 and although I have only just completed 25 miles I can say that I am very happy. Obviously e-bike regulations differ depending on where you are located but they do their best to accommodate the regulations to your area. Some modifications may be necessary but this is relatively simple. Overall I think this is a fantastic bike for the money and they are quick to help with any issues or queries.

Bought the Jansno X70 almost 5 months ago.
Delivery was fast and product is well made and cost valued !
Front and rear shocks provide a relitively cushy ride on a hard frame saddle that itself is comfortable enough to pedal without getting saddle sore.
A horn, bright yellow flashing turn signals, brake and running lights com[pliment the bright headlight.
Also sent me 4 sets of brake pads after a small billing incident which was resolved quickly.
Changed the knobby tires as they created a roll resistance that reduced battery power keeping speed.
Replaced stock Jansno knobbys with a more street friendly tread tire, the BALINGE Heavy Duty High-Performance Wear-Resistant E-Bike Mountain Snow Bike Tire 20/26x4.0 Fat tire which had the brown tire sidewall for the Jansno color scheme.
The yellow frame with black shocks handlebars, pedals and crank are attractive and recieve many compliments.
Very comfortable ride with lots of kick uphill power without the PAS and very fast after dissabling the speed sensor wire.
The option of shutting off the 2nd downframe battery is a bonus. The top battery with minumal pedaling over mostly flat terrian with a few hills got 46 miles.
The Jansno X70 also comes with two chargers so recharging wait times are minumal.
Overall and so far, a great ebike for the price and company support experience.

Don't buy Jansno bikes. It will immediately amaze you but after a few months you will find yourself with a lot of rust and the battery absolutely insufficient for the thousand watts of the engine. but the sore point is the guarantee. mine broke and support sent me replacement parts at random without solving the problem and then disappeared. be careful

Bicicletta ottima ed arrivata veloce ma servizio clienti assente proprio, non mi hanno mandato nemmeno la fattura, è da una settimana che scrivo e-mail ma niente, devo fare un bonus mobilità ma senza una fattura non me lo concedono. Assistenza pessima. Voglio delle spiegazioni.

We bought the X50 which was delivered within a weeks time. The frame was scratched? We got compensated. After 200 km the engine started to make strange squeaking noises. We got sent a new wheel. After 1000km the contoller burned out. We got sent a new one.
Customer service is responding fast and result oriented.
Resuming: Good specs. affordable bikes, but with questionable quality, compensated by excellent customer service!
