Horrendous company - avoid at all costs, will take your money and not provide you with what you paid for. No contact, no customer service. No better than a common thief. It's been 8 months since the event was cancelled. Will be raising a case in the small claims court.

Unfortunately as everyone else, we brought tickets through Skiddle for an event in, August. Postponed until September then cancelled. Still no refund or contact and it’s looking likely we will not receive them.
Why sell tickets for an event if you cannot help YOUR customer.
Seems to easy to have sloppy shoulders and blaming someone else.

U won't know your buying from this company till it's too late....paid for my tickets over £100. Through skiddle for fest tickets nov 2023...festival was canceled back on Aug 2024.....still no sign of refund.....

Bought tickets for an event that was postponed multiple times then cancelled altogether with no notice or update from the company.

We were told of the cancellation by a third party company who recommended we go via our banks to try to recover the funds spent.

Months later and the bank is still arguing with Jaly who are repeatedly appealing the banks chargeback decision.

Honestly how a company like this isn’t facing criminal charges, I don’t know!

Sadly same story as everyone else. Purchased tickets for an outdoor event which was not as advertised in any way.

For starters it was held inside a shed with completely different acts, not even in the same genre. Felt for the acts as the sound quality was awful unless at the very front, barely and options for food and most drink options ran out.

This event was neither an "All-day Outdoor Music Festival" nor a "Family Friendly Festival" as advertised. The "Jaw-dropping Visuals + Stage Production" were also nowhere to be found Had no response with appalling customer service. Only received an automated reply each time I've followed up and zero help from Skiddle. Shambles of a company.

we have worked with this company we got them out of a pickle, they do not pay their extra bills and do not answer emails.
we have heard so many bad reviews since working with them, KEEP CLEAR!!

Same as rest of the people / no contact from Jaly group other than automated email, skiddle does not want to know, action fraud - don’t even bother no lines of enquiry found ?

Absolutely disgusting costumer service!!

Tickets bought for an event orgainsed by Jaly (purchased through Skiddle (also a terrible company)) event was postponed at the last minute and no reason was given. Days before the new date the event was then cancelled completely again with no explanation.

Skiddle said they were requesting a refund but couldn't pay unless event organisers released funds, I waited a month and nothing so emailed to check, skiddle couldn't help and advised I contacted Jaly myself but their contact page doesn't work and I cannot find an email anywhere!

Not only did me and friends miss out on an event we had paid for hotels and transport to but we also can't get our money back when the cancellation wasn't our fault!!

Never again will I use either of this companies!!!!

Like most people I would give no stars if that was an option. Tickets bought through Skiddle (they're almost as bad) requested refund, none forth coming! Apparently Skiddle have sold tickets on behalf of this company before, perhaps they should stop because they'll lose potential customers, especially everyone who has been taken in by there's scammers!

Awful !! Do not use these people or SKIDDLE .. I have been waiting two months for my refund from JALY concerts for an event reschedule in Southampton . Nothing from them and keep getting fobbed off from SKIDDLE saying their account managers are speaking to JALY. I asked SKIDDLE why they are still advertising the rescheduled event for the end of September as clearly JALY are a fraud company and they told me it was ok. Just received a email from SKIDDLE saying the rescheduled event is now cancelled. So SKIDDLE have been selling tickets for an event for a company (who they know are fraudulent) taking the booking fee but not helping customers get their refunds! Do not use either!

Like everyone else, still waiting for a refund for cancelled Southampton event! Skiddle not doing a thing to help, Have emailed Jaly Concerts but received an automated response saying they are on and off site! I will be reporting this as fraud, it’s the biggest scam going! Avoid anything with Jaly concerts at all costs!! I think I’ll be avoiding anything to do with Skiddle in the future as well! Poor customer service!

Don’t part with your money to these crooks. Save the Rave Southampton was cancelled & no money Through Skiddle has been refunded. Customer Service is non existent 😡😡

No stars. Like everyone else, awaiting refund for rescheduled Southampton event. No responses to repeated emails. Skiddle doing absolutely nothing but taking their fee. I've reported Jaly Concerts to Trading Standards but will also report to Action Fraud AND consider pursuing through Small Claims Court with my friends.
Note: their address is incorrect on their website (isn't this illegal?). It's 19 Seymour Street L3 5PE.
Very surprised at this narrow minded approach to customer service. Would have booked to go another event but not now!

Terrible customer service after postponed event. As everyone else is stating still waiting for refund from Jaly for cancelled event. No replies to emails. Skiddle say out of their control. Absolute scam! Avoid booking a festival/concert with Jaly

Jaly Concerts ‘hired’ young people to work at their save the rave event in Chepstow. These young people worked 10hr shifts with no breaks and were promised £10ph ‘cash in hand’

Surprise surprise the event management all vacated the venue before the young employees leaving them without a penny. Now not responding to any correspondence.

They cancelled a concert and skiddle have apparently arranged a refund, jaly have not paid this. As everyone else says this is a company that everyone should avoid booking with. I will be taking this further

Scammers!!postpone events a wk before due to take place and issue no refund if you cant attend!!absolutely disgusting they just take peoples money.

Like the others on here requested a refund over a month ago for a rescheduled concert I couldn't attend and still nothing received. Skiddle washed their hands of it and are aware of the lack of refunds but continue to advertise Jaly Concerts events which is disgusting.
I will also be reporting them as fraud as well

Like everyone else, I am waiting for a refund after a cancelled concert! I am going to report them for fraud.
