This site needs closed down. Have spent thousands and have not gotten one single bonus, so I challenged the support team and they have stated that accounts can and will be barred to ensure they don't win. Openly telling people they don't allow people to win. Better burning your money than playing this site. It's a disgrace

Customer for years spent 100000’s. But from today I’m giving up, I haven’t had a promotional box in months even though I do everything to qualify for it.
