No refund received
Item received fine. Didn’t fit so returned item. There was acknowledgment of return and refund would be received 5/10 working days 11days on still no refund!

Your stuff actually fits me!
Decent prices for unusual clothes that actually flatter my body type (rather than looking really baggy and sack like), which I struggle to find anywhere else on the high street. The fabrics are usually good quality too and feel comfortable. Delivery is quick and easy.

Was very disappointed as the dress was…arrived with security tag. All the hassle with regards to returning it getting refunded
Was very disappointed as the dress was perfect arrived on time but had security tag on. Now in process of returning it back before I get refunded. They cannot not do a straight exchange. This has put me off for reordering the dress.
