Really positive experience throughout our new van fun life journey. We had our heart set on a semi converted van for daily life and camping with family. They happened to have the van of our dreams. We had the opportunity to fully inspect the van with no pushy hard sales and it for a spin. We knew she was the one! Staff were fully accommodating to everything we thought needed attention and were more than happy to take notes for service and give full Mot before handing over. Communication was excellent throughout and kept us informed when needed slightly longer for exchange.

Ben was fantastic. Arranged everything for us, car was fantastic, came with 12 months MOT, fully valeted in and out. Talked us through everything and was really friendly and polite. We thought the service was amazing, cannot recommend enough.

I had a great experience at Ivybridge trade centre financing my bmw 2 series, they were very helpful when my finance company were being difficult and kindly even waived the administration fee when the finance company messed up and didn’t tell me about it the car is flawless and drives really nicely completely as described it was clean and tidy when I went to view it would definitely go back again.

I bought à car from Ivybridge Trade Centre in 2023. I paid 4000 for this car. I have done less than 8000 miles in it. I have had so many problems with it. The final straw was when my garage told me it was not worth repairing. It would cost more than the car was worth. Some work was neccessary on the exhaust. They found that the DPF had been cut out from the exhaust. I will never buy a car from them again. I feel I have been totally ripped off. There are some very trustworthy used car sales centres in the area. I am very happy with my new car from Wrangaton.
