Utter uselessness
Incompetence from order to eventual delivery, if I didn’t chase I doubt the order would even be here now.
Even a pre 10:30 seems means after 11:30 now and blaming someone new, someone doesn’t usually do Sundays, a glitch in the system doesn’t really cut it.
Oh and an offer of free gift next time when maybe to make someone ever want to use you again put it in the order that’s not been sent when it should or offer something else.
And after your response the delivery wasn’t messed up the once, initially it should of been delivered Sunday and wasn’t, then got told it would be Monday but again wasn’t, and then it turned up on Tuesday faster the delivery time slot and I got offered a refund on delivery after the first mess up nit the third time.
Poor is all I can say.

We completely understand your frustration. Your order should have been delivered on the Sunday, and we recognise that it then experienced further delays before finally arriving on the Tuesday, after the upgraded pre-10:30 delivery time had also been missed.
While the initial issue was due to an internal error and the later delay was caused by the courier, we appreciate that, from your perspective, the end result was simply that your order did not arrive when it should have. We understand the inconvenience this caused.
As part of our efforts to put things right, we refunded your delivery charge and also offered complimentary delivery and free gifts on a future order. We appreciate that this didn't make up for the disruption you experienced, but it was intended as an acknowledgement of the poor service you received.
We're genuinely sorry that we let you down on this occasion. Your feedback has been shared internally and will help us improve both our communication and our processes going forward.

I have ordered from you plenty of times…
I have ordered from you plenty of times before and had no issues at all. unfortunately this time DPD have let you down, I ordered something that I specifically needed to complete a job. I got my time slot for delivery, left work early and waited at home. I then received a message 5 minutes into the time slot to tell me unfortunately I had missed it. I looked at the picture the driver had taken which was just a blurred picture of nothing, I also have a ring doorbell so I know for a fact that this driver had not even attempted to deliver my items. this meant I was unable to complete my job on time. I have previously always left 5 star reviews for ITS, my gripe is really with DPD!!!!

I Purchased the Metabo wall chaser &…
I Purchased the Metabo wall chaser & hoover combo kit £850 however in all it’s advertisements show the chaser with a 125 x 22.23mm Professional Wall Chaser Blade for MFE40 to get it to site & release it don’t come with the kit & is sold separately @ an additional £110 complete liberty that it was never mentioned or even on the parts that you might be interested in so it was no better then the one we already had on site had to go out again & collect one but no discount on the product though was out of order.
the chaser once with the new blade installed is a fantastic bit of kit but it was the blade that made it great not the main tool.
