Still waiting for my full refund & court fees to be paid!
Have taken this company to court and now in the process to issue warrant for bailiffs. Absolutely disgusting, and appalling behaviour, this company should not be operating!

DO NOT BUY FROM !!!!! i have taken this horrendous company / Henry to court and have my refund for a machine, that was manufactured un fit for purpose and breached safety concerns. I won the small claims case and have a court order that the refund is due from them today, however we are still waiting. We are now in the process of issuing a warranty through the courts for the monies owed. 100% AVOID AVIOID AVOID.

Awful service, didn't deliver and didn't refund the order, having to pursue through small claims court.

Placed an order in July, money taken the next day. Lead time online suggests 7-10 days but havent heard anything 20 days later. Have contact by email and Insta, no response and the number they have on their website will not connect.

Equipment quality is fantastic! Communication could be a little bit faster, but when you do get through to them, they're really good. It's a small business manufacturing racks themselves, so patience is key. You'll have the rack for the rest of your life after all.

Equipment is fantastic. Customer communication is very poor and almost nonexistent.

Ensure you check your order thoroughly when it eventually arrives, although this may not help. If there is an issue it may never be sorted out as in our case.

Either they are extremely busy or just are not interested in sorting out customers issues.

We received a lower valued item than ordered and are now out of pocket. We have been chasing for weeks to the point where we are now “why bother”.

We had planned on ordering more from them but will now avoid.

Brilliant! First a big thank you to Henry, absolute top bloke and help me out loads with tuffnells delivery issues(tuffnells are wavy on service fyi), communication is decent although slow at times or I didn’t get a response until I chased. The racks… the colour options are great, the racks themselves are SOLID! The quality is top notch, very easy to put together, I will say that iron king should put a small card in your package, with a QR code on it, which would direct you to the install manual for the rack you’ve ordered would be a QOL touch, instead of trawling their site which doesn’t work great on safari either. I also had some delivery issues such as missing items, quite a few items actually, contacted IK and they despatched them, but only after a chaser 2 weeks later. Gear is great, service is great but slow on responses sometimes and despatching items when they’re apparently ready to ship but takes another week or two for that to happen.. I would buy again though.

Great customer service from start to finish. Henry was very helpful and took time to talk a garage gym through recommending the right products for my small space. They even made a customised Oly bar for me. The equipment looks fantastic as well as being functional. The turnaround time was quick and it came boxed and packaged well. Would definitely recommend IK. Head and shoulders above the competition.

I ordered the sr-70 squat rack with storage uprights, hipthrust and dip attachments and the crown pull up bar. On delivery and set up I noticed that there some nuts and bolts short in the order, in addition to the cross braces to attach the storage uprights.

On emailing about the issues, James was incredibly helpful and got the missing parts sent out within a day.

Another issue was that the hip thrust attachment didn't quite fit the rack. A courier was sent to pick up the attachment and they made a modification and had it back to me within a week and a half.

In terms of quality and robustness, I really couldn't be happier with the equipment, particularly as it fits within my small garage perfectly and is absolutely rock solid. The benefit of buying from a UK company who manufacture their own parts is that they can modify and provide a tailored service. I wanted to order additional pull up bars which were not offered on the website separately, however they were able to sort this out for me which was great service.

One thing I would say, is that for the squat racks, when everything is bolted together, it helps to use the pull up bars at the top and bottom of each pair of uprights to make sure everything is sitting completely square before you bolt it to the floor. Once this is done, the bars can all be attached at the top of the rack and provide lots of stability.

Overall very happy that I've found a rack which fits my space and wasn't double the price as most other options are. Equipment feels amazing to use in terms of stability and safety.

Purchased the WM-70 rig for my garage gym. Purchased some additional pull up bars for either side.

Everything arrived quickly and tracked so I knew exactly when to expect it.

Each item was carefully wrapped to ensure no damage.

My entire order arrived together. Upon unpacking everything was in excellent condition and as stated on the website.

The right itself was the EXACT measurements stated on the site so installation was nice and easy. The additional pull bars were also perfect in terms on requested length and fit in nicely.

Really happy with the high quality actually power coating finish. I went for red and it looks brilliant. The installation information on the site is excellent and covers everything you need.

Excellent company, excellent service and will be using again in the future for all equipment needs.

Bought a squat rack and dip bar from them and the quality of the products is excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Part of the rack was bespoke to my measurements but nothing was too much trouble and their customer service is first class.

I own a Iron King wall mounted gym rig and use in my home garage gym - it is a first class piece of equipment. Exceptionally heavy duty and very well manufactured and finished. I use for squatting, benching with heavy weight and it is completely solid. Also the J hooks and spotter arms are user friendly both in re-racking the bar and also in moving for different positions. I have also dealt with Iron king with questions I had, and they are super friendly and helpful. I recommend highly Iron king equipment - best value and best quality

Ordered the 4-Level Gym Storage Rack including some customised requirements in terms of size and colour for delivery to Spain. The product arrived in excellent conditions and exactly as I indicated in the purchase order. I exchanged a few emails with Iron King and always got quick and helpful responses. Would be happy to buy again.

Absolutely over the moon with the quality of my squat stand. Especially fond of the westside hole spacings. This makes it so much more safe to use at home as the spotters can be set to the exact height needed. Customer service were very quick to help and rectify any problems.

I bought the Squat Rack in Black. Looks great, and really sturdy. J hooks have plastic pads, which is a nice touch. I loved the fact that the pull up bar can be mounted at various heights to suit my low ceiling. Delivery was within the quoted 14 days. Would recommend Iron King.

Had a bit of trouble with missing parts and I think communication could be better. However, every company is the same at the moment with Covid, Brexit and being snowed under with orders.

The product itself is really good, I'm glad I didn't buy cheap and went with a British company. It looks absolutely brilliant in my home gym and feels rock solid. The selection of colours you can have your racks coated in is a nice touch as well.

The gym mats I ordered are thick and sturdy and were easy to put together.

Despite the previously mentioned issues I'd recommend Iron King and will most likely be ordering some add-ons for my rack in future.

Great products but long delays in receiving the equipment and lacking communication.

Absolutely love the equipment, fairly priced and excellent quality.

However after being told of a 14 day lead time the items took the best part of 2 months to arrive. I chased numerous times and was always told they would be sent the next day, or by the end of the week etc. None of which was true.

I appreciate there’s delays, especially with everything happening in the world but a bit of transparency would mean it wouldn’t be so much of an issue.

Would still definitely buy from again and hopefully they can fix the teething problems

I've had my Iron King Squat Stand for a little under a year now and I couldn't have asked for something sturdier! Really well priced in my opinion.
