Ok - Communication not good, ordered barbell and weights in early May. Received standard responses from each email sent, then was told the item was on its way, only to be emailed that this was an error. I got another email stating the item was sent, but no tracking information.
Almost 6 weeks later - the item arrived - Olympic Bar Bell and 200lbs weight - a great product and good value. So despite the communication, I did get what I ordered, albeit late - and am very happy with the product too. I would use them again now that I have received the item - with the understanding that I have to trust that the order will be processed in their time. I would also recommend to others .

My threadmill never arrived, emailed many times and got no response back

There was alot of delay on delivery, which is understandable with covid... I felt there was lack of personal communication on behalf of the irishsportswarehouse.ie with regards to giving accurate delivery information...
On another note, I've received my along waited pool table in which I am delighted to have, it was a reasonable price and good quality. I would trust to use this company again in the hopes of a more sufficient delivery and update on relevant information.

Happy days. Ordered pool table on the 3rd of June. On the website information about high volume of delivery service - so i knew it might be delayed. i’ve Received an email confirming the purchase and next day another one saying that my item was dispatched. I got delivered pool table just today. Would buy there again. Thank you

Abysmal company. Ordered an exercise bike which was available on the website got confirmation email of my preorder in April emailed them to see if & when I could expect delivery got automated response every time. Eventually a delivery was made to my house unfortunately I wasn’t at home.
The delivery was a swimming pool!! I have emailed Irish sports warehouse still getting automated response. I sent a letter to their address by registered mail & this was returned no longer at this address. Lodged a complaint with my credit card company which could take months. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE & DEFRAUDING THEM.

My order was eventually delivered. Boxes dumped over boundary wall, flattening flowers and narrowly missing a water pipe. One box of 3 missing. Unable to contact customer service as phones closed down due to Covid. Still waiting for a reply to my emails. Still no sign of missing box. So I now have half a trampoline and a very sad child. Would not recommend this company.

I had ordered a barbell and weight plate set 2 months ago and heard nothing from the company in terms of update or reassurance that the items I had ordered where going to be delivered. After reading everyone's reviews I was convinced it was a scam. Then today, out of nowhere, they arrived at the door, in perfect condition. It took a total of 2 months and 5 days to receive the order. No replies to email, no customer service,
I did receive one automated email about 7 weeks after I had ordered. So those of you still waiting, there may be light at the end of the tunnel. But I wont be using this company ever again.

I ordered a pool for the kids 4 weeks ago, but still haven’t got it, I sent numerous emails, but only get back auto reply.

I have both a treadmill 40 days agou still no sign arriving

Does anyone know what courier this company are using . Order shipped on 28th May....apparently!! However nothing received, no response to my questions about the courier. No one answering calls .... feel like I have been scammed ! Even during a pandemic people can have a customer service operation who provide responses ! Will be contacting my bank ASAP!

The Customer Service, or lack of, in Irish Sports Warehouse has been appalling.
I bought my 11 year old a punch bag for his birthday. It wasn't very expensive, €30, but the day after he received it, the outer leather 'skin' split along the seam- he wasnt even using it at the time!
I have sent 3 different messages and get the generic reply on each occasion and noone has bothered to follow up on my query.
Really dreadful service.
I've never come across the like of it with any other retailer before. I will never use their service again.

Took a while to get here but overall happy with the purchase

Just read the reviews about this company im alarmed i bought a bike from them june 3rd tryed to contact them several times and email them no response keep getting automated emails i just asked them for a refund in email as im within the 14 days but still getting an automated email

Made a preorder in early April for a treadmill that was due in stock the week of May 4th, well that obviously never worked out as I’m writing this review.
I got a dispatch email on May 11th saying:
" your order has left our warehouse and is on it’s way to you. Our chosen courier should be in touch within a few days to arrange delivery with you. If you have any questions about your order email us "
it’s now June 9th and I never received any call, every message I’ve sent over the past month has been met with the same auto generated reply, no sign of what I ordered and no sign of a human being answering emails.
A review below says they made a preorder and got it after 7 weeks, it seems like I’m at week 5 so I’m still holding out hope that it will be here in 2 weeks, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and has been genuinely scary at the thought that I may have been scammed for a very large sum of money as no one else on here can make any contact with them either.

Just got my pools delivered. Ordered first one and it was too big. Emailed them and said I didn't want it. Sent 4 emails in total. All auto responses from them. Ordered smaller one. Both arrived today. Delighted to get them but no contact from seller. Courier left both at front door. I did get a text from him to give approximate time. Good job my neighbours are honest people.

Can anyone tell me who the couriers for this company is ordered dispatched last wk but no courier information or tracking number starting to get worried now as have sent numerous emails to only get the same auto response to all my questions ordered in april still nothing phone dosent work never reply back.NOT VERY HAPPY FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED

Bought a trampoline last year and got my Bestway 10ft pool today

I have just completed a bank dispute form and my bank will go after a refund for me, I ordered and paid for the trampoline on the 19th of April. I knew I was preordering for the 11th of May. I still don’t have my goods and can not contact anyone in your company. Also using covid 19 as an excuse??

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Either they are fraudulent or their site has been taken over, but like most other users I have not received the goods I paid for in early April. I'm guessing tha the positive reviews are put up by the company themselves or accomplices. I am seeking a refund through my credit card company and have asked for their merchant ID to be disabled. Despite how genuine the site looks, you will not receive the goods. You will receive multiple false shipment emails that are then corrected and new dates put in, just to keep you on the hook.
