I was initially charged a significant duties fee on delivery to Canada, but the team reached out directly, reimbursed the charge, and confirmed that all duties are covered on their end. I’m genuinely impressed with how they handled the situation.

Great prices, fast delivery, and excellent customer service—easily a 5/5 from me. I’ve already placed another order for three more bottles and plan to keep coming back for more.

Beware of this company.
I ordered and they shipped wrong product. Told me my items were out of stock. Lied to as items i ordered showed available on their website as well as in stock on the walmart site. Yes this company sells on walmart.com as well.
I had a bad experience with this company and they would not make this right. Dont waste your time or money with this company. Horrible customer service!!

They had the lowest price for a certain perfume and I had no issues ordering from them.

I really enjoy the customer service of Intense Oud employees. They respond quickly and make helpful suggestions. Shipping is longer than I anticipated, but I'm managing my expectations because most of my orders are shipped UPS air and come in less than 4 days - which has spoiled me. Since they are in Chicago and ship UPS Ground to me, it take a couple days longer. Pricing isn't as competitive as some of the larger sites, but I've ordered 3x without a problem. Will order again as they send out wonderful layering suggestions in email.
