I called these guys up as a holiday I had been looking at disappeared from the search results and I needed to check if it was available. Annie answered the phone, a very polite young lady who confirmed it was available and we had it all booked within 10 minutes. Excellent to deal with, confirmation emails arrived as stated and their own ‘manage booking’ log in is really easy to use.

I’ve never booked with this company before but Brooke was so helpful and put my mind at ease. Finding us a beautiful hotel that I wouldn’t have been able to find myself looking on the normal travel websites. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we got the last room, working on her day off.

I would give more stars if I could
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tierney is an absolute credit to the company. After going for the same resort for the last number of years. I wanted to venture out of our comfort zone. Tierney has been so patient we’ve looked at Thailand, the Caribbean, Switzerland, north Italy and we finally settled on the south of Italy. She worked so hard to make sure our holiday was going to be perfect. We are really looking forward to our holiday and it’s all down the Tierney. Thank you so much for all your help, patience and support. The customer service we have received has been out of this world!!

Tierney was so helpful and even stayed later on a Sunday to sort our booking, so we really appreciated the extra effort.

A great result from Inspired
When I requested more information about one of the holidays on offer, Brooke could not do more to assist, giving many options on that particular offer which in turn allowed myself to book the holiday that suited me and my wife. No hard sell no pressure just a proffesional with great understanding of what the offer actually consisted off with no hidden cons.
