Insight were reliable

Engineer very helpful

The photocopier was delivered at the correct time and date. The men delivering the copier were very friendly and helpful.
The engineer was very patient and waited for my IT colleague to arrive help with connecting to our network.

I was called back within 30 minutes of…

I was called back within 30 minutes of raising an enquiry and talked through each and every step in a very easy way - which was especially helpful for someone who is computer literate! Our technical issues were all resolved and I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again, if needed. Special shout out to Darren!

Highly recommend

Insight have supplied our fleet of Ricoh devices in our offices across the East Sussex area for a few years now. Very good company to work with. Superb service and fast response, when needed.

Money-saving change and great service.

We changes our supplier to Insight last year because it was an attractive deal, in particular saving our charity money. The installation and set-up on our IT system went very smoothly and the copier has been trouble free ever since. It's a versatile copier with easy to read guidance on-screen and intuitive controls. Insight have done everything they promised us and we couldn't have asked for a better level of service.

100% our Go-To Managed Print Provider!

We've worked with Insight for some time now, and genuinely nothing but impressed.

We look after the IT services for numerous schools, for which I am the business unit head and the one weak point our Education customers had was always their managed print solution. Either it was too costly, unreliable or the end user support on offer was woefully lacking.

From our first customer migration to Insight, the whole experience really has just been a breath of fresh air. Superb devices, typically always brand new (not refurbished/redeployed), extremely competitive lease and service costs (and willing to further negotiate and work with potential customers to win business, unlike many of their competitors) - but most importantly once the devices are installed and configured, Account Manager contact and technical/on-site support really is just peerless! Needless to say their credentials also speak for themselves, being authorised partners with the leading MFD manufacturers such as Ricoh (Premier partner and Gold Customer service certified), Kyocera, Konica Minolta (Advanced partner), Toshiba, Brother, as well as Papercut!

It's knowing that the team at Insight are still there for us and our customers once the dotted line has been signed is what is really key for us, and the main reason we continue to work with them, and will do ongoing.

Special mention must go to Insight's Account Manager - Matthew Fassett - a super guy and 100% no-pressure selling, it is nothing but a pleasure to be dealing with him when we are looking at new solutions for our customers, or when we do have any issues or questions that need addressing.

Would thoroughly recommed this company

Very good from initial contact to instillation. Kept informed throughout the process and are always on the end of the phone if we have any enquiries. We have never had any issues with any of our copiers since they have been installed across all of our sites. Teachers really like that copies are on hold until they are ready to get them from printers.

I contacted them regarding and issue…

I contacted them regarding and issue that where a third party gave me some recommendations and questions to ask to insight. The email response I had was a question back with no name or title of the person replying so had no idea who I was speaking to.

On top of that, the way the agent talked to me was rude as if he didnt not have my time to reply, resolve the issue or whatsover, moreover, we are not IT talents so i am not expected to know this otherwise I wouldnt have contacted them.

Overall, very poor communication skills and should revisit communication styles with their clients.

Experiencing awful customer service

Experiencing awful customer service, and my query is unresolved 12 months after first raising it with them.
I would not normally react and review like this but the company have now had an enormous amount of time to resolve my issues.
I would not recommend at all.
