The accessories for your bike were out of stock with our supplier since August. We placed our order with them back then, but the stock took much longer to arrive than expected. We never meant for it to take this long, and we’re sorry for what happened.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am absolutely amazed by the service I received from Innercity Scooters that I cannot not do it!
I originally placed an order with another provider for a Fiido T2 in July, who advised me that the bike would arrive within 9–11 weeks. Unfortunately, after waiting the full 11 weeks, I was then told there would be an additional 7-week delay. Naturally, I cancelled the order and started looking elsewhere.
That’s when I found Innercity Scooters. I placed my order with them on 28/09, and they advised that the Fiido T2 was available and would be delivered between the 1st and 15th of the month. They absolutely delivered on their promise!
The guys actually travelled all the way from Ireland to London personally to deliver my bike yesterday 07/10. I honestly cannot fault their service, from ordering to communication and delivery, everything was fantastic.
After such a frustrating experience with the previous provider, it was refreshing to deal with a company that did exactly what they said they would do. I’m absolutely delighted to finally have my Fiido T2 and genuinely grateful to the team at Innercity Scooters for going above and beyond.
Thank you so much guys! I would 100% recommend Innercity Scooters to anyone looking for great service and reliability and won’t hesitate if to use it again in the future :)

Just to be clear on what actually happened with your order.
You placed it on 27 August at 12:40, and we had it packed and dispatched the same day at 15:59 - under 4 hours. Your An Post tracking (CN810745354IE) was emailed to you straight away.
Right now the tracking shows it's with An Post and being processed for delivery. Today is working day 3. Our delivery time is 3-5 working days, so your order is still well inside that.
We don't offer express postage, and we never have. That's stated at checkout and on the site, and you've ordered from us before under the same terms.
We did our part in under 4 hours. A 1-star review for a parcel that isn't even late yet isn't really fair.
That said , thanks for purchasing with us again, we really do appreciate it. You've been a good customer to us and we'd like to keep it that way.
