$4000 Theft from a Non-Profit?
I work for a charity located in Tennessee. For quite some time, I have been following Industry West, and I had a specific project in mind where I felt their products would be a good fit, particularly because they were offering a substantial 40% off sale. Consequently, I placed an order with them and have been patiently waiting ever since. Now that it is November, I am extremely disappointed to report that I have yet to receive any of the ordered items, and, what's worse, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone at Industry West to inquire about the status of my order.
My only interaction with them since placing the order was a single reply I received back in August. In that reply, they offered a generic apology and promised that they would ship my purchase immediately. However, that promise was never fulfilled, and the items remain undelivered.
It is truly disheartening that Industry West is still actively operating their online store while leaving customers like me in this frustrating and unacceptable situation. Their actions are, without a doubt, shameful.

My only comment is that there is nobody to call and I sent several emails in order to get a status on shipping date. But my chairs arrived within 2 weeks and packaging was perfect. Also I did not like to purchase thru Venmo as there are no chargeback rights or a clear way to be refunded, luckily I did not have to worry about that thou. Chairs are beautiful.

Difficult, rude, late and eventually non responsive. Cancelled my order through Amex after months of silence. Not that interesting or original enough to treat people poorly.
Ottoman & Pouf
I bought an ottoman from Industry West several years ago and recently bought a pouf to match. The ottoman is incredibly durable (2 kids, 2 cats, 2 moves) and I love the style of both items. The quality of the recently bought pouf seems almost exactly as the ottoman I purchased years ago, so I'd say they are pretty consistent in terms of quality. The items shipped pretty quickly, but honestly I'd be willing to wait longer if need be because the items are so great. I reached out to their customer service to ask about a specific item's availability and they got back to me within 24 hours with a comprehensive answer.
Took too long to ship with no updates and they only sell dupes!
Realized that this place only sells dupes of designer furniture. I wished I knew sooner and I wouldn't have made a purchase. I sent in a complaint regarding my package stating I hadn't heard back in over 20 weeks and then they immediately send me shipping info. To me, it came off as unprofessional because was the chair always ready to ship and I had to remind customer service about the order??? Or did it just happen to be in stock when I complained? Either way, I should have had some sort of update over that 20 week period of time but there was nothing

Never received what we bought…
Unfortunately we never received the outdoor chairs that we bought from them, but they did charge us the $1,051.00 In one of the emails we exchanged they assured they would send us a tracking number when the order was shipped, the email never came. After another bunch of ignored emails they finally answered and said our order was delivered, but we never got it. After this and several unsuccessful attempts to contact them to solve the problem, we are sure they have a logistics problem. Now we are trying to reach our bank to dipute the charge, we just want our money back.
