Customer care is abysmal if there is a product issue
The company will not help if there is an issue with the products like the one I had. I have been a loyal customer for many years and only once had a problem with their products. I felt the product I purchased had changed drastically from the original product that I ordered and the company wants me to pay shipping back.
They have a tendency to alter scent profiles without informing anyone so you can end up with something that either was a mistake in production or just an arbitrary alteration.
If you don't like the result, believe me, they do not care at all. Customer retention is clearly not a concern for them.
Too big to care, maybe?
