Incendium Stoves & Fireplaces Bewertungen

What a fantastic service! From the visit and quote from Matthew to the fitting on the day from Matt, they were both incredibly helpful, answering any questions I had about the new wood burner. We’re so pleased with the result and, not wanting to wish the summer away, can’t wait til it gets a little colder so that we can actually use it. Would highly recommend them to others.

This is the second time I have used Incendium. Matthew and his team are genuine, honest and reliable traders who do what they say. Fitted an Oak beam to an existing fireplace. Looks a treat! Thanks guys.

Really pleased we decided to go with Incendium. Matt gave us a competitive quote, clearly knew his stuff & didn’t add any extras to bump up the price. All queries were answered quickly and the booking process easy.
The lads that came to fit the stove were here on time, clean & tidy and done a great job. They explained everything really well and were just nice blokes.
Overall, would not hesitate to recommend Incendium.

Professional, efficient, great price. Would recommend!

Used Icendium to replace an not working gas fireplace to expand the fireplace and sort everything suitable for a open fire and provided slate and a surround that looked lovely. Efficient and polite, they did what they said they would, were punctual and tidy and we are very happy with the finished result. thank you very much, will recommend.

We were very pleased with the service. Staff helpful, courteous and clear. What was required was explained in detail and accurately. A precise estimate was given and the job was begun and completed on time.
Disruption was kept to a minimum and the site was left clean and cleared.
We would certainly use Incendium again.

Professional from start to finish…if your in any doubt these are the guys to use. An excellent job!

Matt and his team repaired a fireplace, confirmed another was safe to use, and completed the successful installation of a wood burner in another. Work was of the highest standard, keeping me informed throughout, and offering enhancements that really have made a massive difference to the overall appearance. Have no hesitation in recommending Incendium.

Fitted us in before Christmas, extremely efficient and a very pleasant transaction, a pleasure to do business with you.

I would highly recommend Incendium Fireplaces, really pleased with my burner and wooden beam they fitted. Great service from Matt and his team, they done a brilliant job!

Matthew and his team fitted our woodburner back in December 2020. The advise, knowledge and professionalism was second to non.

These guys are awesome 👏 did a great job and would highly recommend

Contacted for precautionary work, Matt gave an honest assessment and said it was not worth our money as everything was in perfectly reasonable condition. Honesty greatly appreciated.

Lovely guys who know their trade. A pleasure to have around and great workmanship. In and out with zero fuss and a job well done. They were happy to go the extra mile and really helped me out. Fully recommend.

These guys were great. Both tradesmen were polite, professional, turned up when they said they would, did a great job and did everything they could to keep the costs down.

I have had the stove installed for around 9 months now and have had zero issues.

If I ever need another wood burner installed, I'd use them again in a heart beat.

Matt has been informative and helpful throughout the planning and building of my stove. Matt and Mattie were punctual, polite and tidy. With a phenomenal work ethic. Huge integrity and trust, providing them with ability to let themselves into my home with respect. Went above and beyond letting my dog out for a play in the garden whilst we were at work! The standard of work and quality finish is stunning. It has given character and life to a dull lounge. It was an absolute pleasure to have you guys here. Would strongly recommend these guys!!! Thank you.
