Had a recent install of a Givenergy Battery and Solar system on my house. Original quotes were competitive, and In2gr8ted were helpful with options and advice as I wanted solar panels on a flat garage roof, and batteries in the detached garage with cables run to the house.
Only issues (hence 4 stars) were a long 6 month lead time as they were so busy and materials were in short supply, and installers had to make a couple of trips as they didnt have the correct armoured cables to complete the run to the house in the first visit.
Would rate them a solid 4 stars though, and would definatly use again in the future.

Whilst pv panels to a long to get here for installation due to external forces the installation went very well, the installers were really good and the whole process was seamless.
Would highly recommend.
The sales agent was also extremely helpful.

My order is now complete just short of a year after placing it, the panels got installed in July 22 and the battery in March 23. If i'm being honest I'm over the moon with the service i've had. I ordered right at the start of people wanting to 'protect' themselves against the energy price hikes along with the goverment removing the VAT from installs and just when the global supply chain was at it's worst and costs increasing. I paid for the panels after install (July 22) and to be fair come September the panels wouldn't have kept the house running and put anything in the battery so I sat back with the money for the battery in my account. I emailed a couple of times to see what was going on and I got replies, no dramas. Then at the end of Feb I got a call asking if they could arrange a date to install the battery and not once have I been asked to pay more than they qouted for in March 22. All the install guys have been very polite and respectful, told me what i've needed to know. I would and have recommended to friends and family. Thanks very much.

The team arrived when advised they would, completed the installation of my panels expertly without leaving any mess. Advised the best layout on the roof to get the best results. The team also explained thoroughly all about the system and how it works and where everything was. Great service would highly recommend!

Local rep: William, assessed my roof and constraints and explained the process clearly. The 2 electricians/ installers were hardworking efficient neat and pleasant. Disruption was minimal. Scaffolding process uneventful Money saved immediately....

Correct part has now been fitted and review updated to reflect this. A suggestion to this customer would be to look at their systems and processes not signing off a job sheet until the whole thing is complete with customer care and the workshop. Got there in the end.
Having discovered the incorrect part has been fitted on our system an electrician came out to check, leaving saying he would order the right part. I waited all day for him to return on agreed date only to be told he'd never actually ordered it ! That was in June. Fast forward to August and they admit we have been forgotten about but I am assured that this afternoon the electrician will attend to fit the part. Surprise , surprise - he's only just ordering it today and I have been lied to and taken half a day off for the privilege of experiencing such appalling service.
2023 My review was accurate with-Excellent service ! (shame it went downhill.)All complete in 1 day and you quickly see the cost saving benefits. Long term savings will be fantastic ! Understand they had some bad reviews due to historic supply issues but I believe these are all now sorted . They advise on all issues of installation , such as when to expect the scaffolders and electricians, keeping us up to date along the way. Installation was very smooth. I'd definitely recommend this company !

Helpful and informative in the planning stages. Very pleased with office support and Bren and Harry did a first class job of installation.

Mark who quoted for the install, was very knowledgeable about products and services in2gr8ted offered. The lads who did the install were great, very polite, and worked very efficiently.
I had three quotes for the work. In2gr8ted's were not the cheapest, but were very competitive for the high end equipment I wanted. I had sunpower panels and givenergy inverter and battery.
Can't understand negative reviews on this site regarding in2gr8ted.

Just had our solar panels and battery fitted with In2gr8ted Solutions and we are very happy. We had a visit from William, the Energy Consultant who was very professional and gave us good advice and kept us well informed. The men who carried out our installation Paul and Scott were very efficient and worked hard to get it fitted and up and running by the end of the day, they were conscientious and tidy. There were supply problems and we had to wait longer but it was definitely worth the wait, we would recommend In2gr8ted Solutions and look forward to making considerable savings in the future.

I signed a contract for solar panels from them. They took my deposit. After almost a year of updates from them about not being able to get the panels, they sent me a new contract to sign. The new contract was more expensive so I refused to sign it and asked for my deposit back. To this day they have not refunded it.

2023-03-31 update: I have not received any explanation on why you have not returned my deposit. I have not cancelled the original contract. You just did not honour it and have sent me a second contract that I don’t accept. Please return my deposit.

With the rapid rise in electricity prices I expected the sheer volume of PV installations to cause delays nationwide and Nick Walton was up front and honest regarding the situation from the start. The suggested installation was scaled back a little, but still gives excellent results. 14 panels producing 2.6kw mid afternoon today ( February 15th). The work was completed to a good standard by polite and friendly tradesmen who were very happy to explain how everything worked. The young electrician, even downloaded the Giv Energy app on my phone for me. I have read some of the poor reviews on here but can only say my experience was a positive one. All the paperwork was emailed to me within a couple of days of me making payment, except the document that allows me to export to the grid. I was given the reference number and told they had applied to the DNO. I of course rang SSE to check this and guess what, the delay is with SSE! They told me they had all the details from In2gr8ted but were experiencing a backlog and I should get it within 3 to 4 weeks. The only constructive criticism that I can offer In2gr8ted is to make customers aware of the shortcomings of the DNO so as to avoid poor feed back for something that is not their fault.

Nick Walton was more helpful to me than the other 2 firms in helping me understanding what I needed. After care communication could be better but product and install all fine so far.

I had a 50kw system installed in Dec 2015 and it has worked perfectly since then. This company did a good job and I would use them again .

I have a good experience with in2gr8ted. We signed the contract at the end of July, the panels were installed in mid-December. The installers worked hard to finish the system installation in one day even though it was really cold. I hope a warm meal and tea helped a little ☺️. Unfortunately, we waited for the batteries until mid-January. But I understand it all. The system works really well. If I had any questions, Mark always called back. After the installation from the office I always got a reply and documents.

Do not and I mean do not use this company. Apart from basic communication skills this company are cowboys! Even the owner hangs up the phone if he doesn’t like what you’re saying, basically the truth!

He just wants the money and explains nothing. We’ve lost 6months of money back from the grid due to his incompetence. Ballasts are not correct and the panels were installed August 2021. They’re an absolute disaster, I can spend a whole day writing about them, just stay clear!

Please ignore the above, it’s not all to do with SEG but more to do with the work not being complete from ‘August 2022’ and this saga still continues to date……

We had seven panels installed along with an Eddie and car charger.

The installation was slightly delayed but seems like this is commonplace in the market at the moment so was to be expected. They did keep me informed when stock was antipated. The installation was completed professionally and would recommend. The bird proofing looks much smarter than many shown on solar forums.

We now have an additional battery on order with them.

The demand of solar is very high and getting a decent installer at all is hard to come by. Just expect to wait a while.

After over 6 months of waiting, without any sign of that my order would be fulfilled, I cancelled the contract.

Getting my deposit back should have been straightforward but, despite their promises, it only materialised after I had commenced the process of taking this company to the Small Claims Court.

Just avoid this company.
Ordered in April and no sign of the battery install date ever.
Sales guy was pleasant enough and the only person who'd respond to emails as he's on commission. The company itself never replied to requests for updates.
Oddly after giving up and reorder else where for more money and back of the queue (so frustrating!) I requested a deposit refund and got prompt email replies and swift refund. Why was this part of their admin comms the only effective Comms.
Really hope the business sorts out its troubles.

I can't decide if they are cowboys or just clowns. Either way they are best avoided.

I've had a month of multiple missed installation dates, I waited in for them several times only for them to not turn up and not even acknowledge this. When they did eventually come we found that the system wouldn't fit on my roof as designed. I've requested my deposit back and scaffolding to be removed - still waiting on both.

The installation staff who came were good - friendly, honest and seemed to know what they are doing. The sales and management are just incompetent. Sold me something that wouldn't work then won't respond to calls or emails once they had my order.

Avoid at all costs.
