We have had solar panels and a battery installed recently. The customer service has been excellent. The timing of installation was at our convenience. The overall price was reasonable and compared favourably to other quotes. The installers worked extremely hard and the job was completed quickly and tidily. Follow up has also been good with calls to check that we have been happy with the overall service and installation. Would recommend.

This is definitely NOT a “cowboy” company. I and my wife are old age pensioners and I am severely disabled. The sale rep has not only given us a fair price quote but he has given us priority consideration and sent his best installation team who have carried out excellent work and they were very courteous and patiently demonstrated the complex system to us. The company also allowed us to pay within a couple of weeks. They have shown that there are still reliable and honest tradesmen in this industry…! Only if you know where to look!

In2gr8ted Solutions installed solar panels and batteries in our house 2 years ago. We were so pleased with the installation that we have subsequently recommended them to others who have been equally impressed. Recently we have had some software problems and In2gr8ted Solutions have supported us and liaised with the manufacturers to ensure a speedy solution. Very impressive

The preliminary work was impressively detailed and thorough and the installation was quick and professional.
The equipment installed was of very good quality and the price was very competitive. I highly recommend In2gr8ted Solutions.

Initial installation was carried out by a South of England contracts team who were messy and really buggered up the installation which caused me distress. Office manager Julie took charge and arranged for a team to travel from Liverpool - Paul & Scott were the team who came South, they started work at 08:30 and completely remedied all the faults and put everything right so much so that the system is now working as originally intended. Can't thank Julie, Paul and Scot enough for their attention to detail and reliving the stress caused by the previous team. recommended yes only with the Liverpool team.

The overall experience was good, had good support from the admin staff in the background. The two guys that fitted the equipment were very approachable and got on with the job with the minimum fuss.

I first came into contact with the company in 2013 when they installed 16 Enphase solar panels and system on the roof of my house which have been working perfectly since then. the quality of work has been great and back up has alway been provided
This week they added a 5Kw battery to the system to allow us to smooth out our operating winter costs with excess energy gained in the summer and other more productive periods . . Again the installation has been made with minimum disruption and the quality of the work is to be admired. Response to queries on operation, size and location has always been instant and positive . Effectively I have had nothing to worry about apart from the fact that there is not much sun in November . However even now I am saving some energy with the envoy app giving a good picture of what is happening at any time the whole system of panels, battery and external supply much much better that the so called smart meter provided and fitted by the energy company .
After the first year with the battery I will decide whether to add another one or not

I like this system well proven in the USA and the quality is great

My issues with my solar installation have been resolved absolutely to my satisfaction. Julie is a tower of strength who put lots of effort into making things happen and who was a sympathetic listener. Initially the subcontractors seemed not to take the situation seriously but, after a sticky start, In2gr8ted pursued the issues and all has ended well.

The operatives were very pleasant and helpful and because the Invertor sent originally was faulty they sent for a replacement which arrived the next day at lunchtime. The operatives came back at 3.00 and replaced the invertor. They connected all the wiring and the system was started. They showed us how to operate the system and cleared up. All in all a very stress free operation and we are very pleased with the result.

This company was helpful with all my questions and worked to get the best solution in terms of maximum number of panels on our roof. I researched 7 companies and took 5 quotes, and while in2gr8ted solutions was not the cheapest, it had the quality panels and battery, competent sales, installation ( Paul & Scott) and aftercare people. Making sure the job was completed competently seemed to be their main objective. Thank you.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent support I have had from this firm. They have helped me all along getting replies from one of their supliers who would not contact me, or without a response. Int2gr8ted Solutions have been there all along, giving me all the help I needed. The last 2 months have been really busy for them looking after me, and nothing came in the way.

So far very bad experience. Next to zero after sales care. Have a problem with solar system emailed twice. Called twice
2 months and no call back to resolve problem.
I would not recommend this company. i recommend you go to another reputable company with better after sales department

The company's response Bellow is incorrect.

The battery they installed has not worked from day 1
So the system has not been working correctly from day 1.
I've had zero communication from them. I challenge them to post an email they claim they have sent me regarding fixing my system

I have used this company twice now. Once for fitting solar panels to a new roof space and most recently to remove and then refit and reboot solar panels in order to have the roof replaced.
They are quick to respond and all their staff in the office are helpful and follow things up quickly and efficiently. They were able to help at short notice for the reroof which was extremely helpful. The panels were dealt with and rubbish cleared swiftly.
The one thing that would have helped is a little more proactive contact from the work team so that we knew their ETA and when things might be done.

I recently contacted In2gr8ted Solutions about the solar panels installed on my dad's house. The lady I spoke to (Julie) went above and beyond all my expectations in answering all my questions and providing paperwork to support all the answers to my questions. I was so overwhelmed by her kindness and the effort she put into helping me out. I also know that when they first installed my dad's solar panels he was very impressed with their service. I only wish I could give this company and Julie 10 stars. Thank you so much.

A big Thankyou to you all for supplying and fitting our additional batteries to our existing system.
Thankyou for organising for Foxx to call and sort out the faulty issue, which in the end turned out to be a faulty lead connection.
Thanks for organising your team of fitters to call today and fixed the brackets to the batteries , making them nice and secure so the air flow can circulate freely around the units.
All in all we now have a full system that will hopefully give us many years of service.
We are absolutely delighted that you were able to help us with the supply of our Solar Panel and battery storage system.
We did have a few issues to sort through, which are now fully resolved And we are extremely pleased with everything.

I had solar panels installed 6 years ago and was very happy with the company then although it was mainly dealt with by my husband so I found myself 6 years later and my husband not long died when something went wrong not knowing what to do but on phoning in2gr8ted solutions I was put at ease and told what I needed to do customer service was friendly and when they said they would phone me back did plus kept me updated as to when an engineer would be able to come which I only had to wait a couple of days they even phoned me to tell me his name to reassure me for when he phoned to say he was on his way .I can recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of getting solar panels installed as they are friendly professional and go the extra mile

Great service. Really positive all the way through from initial quotation through to installation and system all working great. Good bunch of lads doing the install and when there were a couple of problems early on they didn't hesitate to come out again to get things fixed. Electric bills now way down, system will pay for itself quicker than anticipated.
