Delivery was ok but the Driver didn't ring the door bell I didn't have to sign for it he just left a £700 fire on my doorstep for anyone to steel. It was only by chance i had not long been home and noticed a package outside the door . Hopefully I won't have the same problem when my logs get delivered when I order them.Apart from that I love the fire.

Very good customer experience
Very good customer experience. I had initially contacted them to ask a couple of questions prior to committing to purchase a bioethanol fire and my queries were answered quickly and fully. I then placed an order for my chosen fire; it was delivered quickly, much quicker than I was expecting and it has exceeded my expectations in quality, build and function. The flame it produces is impressive and the heat output is reflected in this.
