Being a regular customer, I was a little anxious that I would notice a change with my products given the change in ownership. No need!!- Looked, smelled and felt as good as always. The other great surprise was the products were delivered 3 days after I put my order through. Great customer service.

I am in LOVE with this amazing product line!! Delivery is so quick and the products are truly wonderful! I also love the fact that the ingredients are 100% natural! My skin always feels so nourished after using every product and I am literally GLOWING! I am truly in love!

I was gifted some of your Nourish Face Serum and Colloidal Copper Spray mist by a pal who swears they have helped reduce her wrinkles and age spots. As a middle aged woman who is resistant to all this anti-aging pressure, and expensive potions to keep us looking younger, I was well and truly sceptical. However as your products contained absolutely no nasty chemicals I thought what the hell they're here now, I might as well give them a go! I hate being proved wrong but I had to admit to her she was right..in just two weeks of using them both morning and night even I can see and feel the difference in my skin. And the large age spot that was glaring at me each time I looking in the mirror is without doubt fainter. You have a new customer in me for sure! Using your all natural products makes me feel like I am caring for my skin rather than attempting to fight time. And my pal was also right...they smell amazing!

I came across a 5 minute youtube video for a yoga & pigmentation facial. I use your face serum which works so well with the facial & the marks on my nose have really reduced - the serum is gentle & absorbs so well. Love it & the fragrance of your products.
I'm loving the facewash & it makes a great wee present for friends.

Products are decent I have purchased from them previously but I have to give 1 stars for delivery and no communications. Product took over a month to arrive I was not giving any update to say there was any sort of delay. When I tried to contact them I did not receive a response from them.

It took a month for my order to come!
I had to make contact with the seller in order to find out what was happening with my order - apparently there was some delivery issues with supplier!
Hard to support if only one way!

The products are still working wonders...
Delivery took longer than usual as well as getting a reply to my several emails
My queries got sorted at the end when I got in touch via Instagram ...

I placed an order but didn't realise it was an automatic repeat delivery.

I contacted the email provided and received a response quickly as I needed to stop the subscription and get a refund.

However it wasn't cancelled and I can't seem to stop the subscription or get hold of anyone anymore. It just says the email is not deliverable.

So as a result I'm receiving products I do not want and its still taking money out of my account 🤷‍♀️

I've been buying this product and the nourish face serum from last year (in lockdown)
It amazing and especially after a full face of make up. I wake with my skin glowing and smell so nice, you want to eat it. (Please don't eat it)
To creator of these amazing products, would be possible to have the face wash in 250ml bottle or bigger? Yes people in my house no longer want to use regular soap. I'm running out of hiding places. Thank you and blessings

Thank goodness for Instagram introducing me to Illuminate! I've been searching for an affordable, natural skincare range and after seeing Illuminates page pop up several times I thought, let's try it. I purchased the Ultimate Skincare Package so I can experiment with what works best for me and let me tell you, WOW. I have a very pale complexion with red patches, extremely large pores around my nose, chin and cheeks as well as acne, and my skin has always been an issue, and although I've reduced the frequency of my makeup use, no product has felt nicce on my skin, and since using the products combined my pores, redness and spots have reduced, a number of people have told me my skin has a glow - even when my insomnia has kept me up. The scent of the bath essence and body scurb are next level. There was a slight issue with my order, but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, Daniel responded to my email within an hour and resolved it within that time too. I've certainly found a suitable product for me, and recommended to anyone who asks!

Illuminate face wash is my go to every morning. I make sure I am fully stocked so I do not run out. It leaves my skin feeling refreshed and vibrant especially throughout my pregnancy.
