More effort than expected
I ordered some replacement handles for our kitchen and unfortunately the whole process ended up being much more effort than expected.
The first order took forever to arrive, despite paying for Express Post, and when it finally arrived, the handles were the wrong size. The customer service team were great and quickly organised replacements, however one of those arrived damaged, so yet another replacement had to be sent.
To add to the frustration, every replacement parcel required a signature and had to be collected from the post office, which became pretty annoying after multiple deliveries!
The handles themselves are great and I’m really happy with the quality, and the customer service team were helpful throughout. Unfortunately, the amount of time and effort it took just to get the correct, undamaged handles has brought the overall star rating down for me.

Our records show that your orders and replacements were dispatched by our team on time; unfortunately, the initial Express Post delay occurred within the Australia Post network. We completely understand how disappointing that was, particularly after paying for express delivery.
We’re also sorry that one of the replacement handles arrived damaged and that the signature requirements resulted in repeated trips to the post office. While some parts of the delivery process were outside our control, we recognise that the overall experience was far from ideal.
