A really unsuitable choice for a workplace.
The company has an extremely toxic environment. The manager treats the employees he hires very poorly. In the past year, 17 people have left a company that has only 3 employees. I worked there for 2 months, during which two women quit. I had to write drug dossiers, generating about 80 pages of scientific literature review within a maximum of 5 days. After the first month, you are subjected to intense psychological pressure, manipulation by the manager who turns employees against each other, and constant accusations and threats of accusations. If you dare to defend yourself against unfair accusations, you are fired. The company provides no training whatsoever and expects work that normally takes a month to be done in 5 days, and to a high standard. My recommendation is to avoid this place — it is unhealthy and poorly paid. Expert-level work is paid worse than a sales assistant’s job.
