They are as described. The package came wrapped like fort knox. The dumbells are well made and heavier than I expected. I got the 66 lbs because of my husband and he loves them. This was worth the money...

The wrong plates were shipped
The wrong plates were shipped. I ordered (2) 5 kg plates and received (2) 15 kg plates which are way too heavy for my needs. Please ship the correct order that was purchased.

Awkward fit
I thought it would be easy to get up on it but it isn't for me. I know this is my situation but one of the selling points was that it was suitable for all types. Also the foot pedals are awful and have to adjust to their awkwardness. I won't be returning it as my son can use it. But for me, it will take awhile to adapt.

They are fake and scam company. I bought the bike for my daughter but the seat is shaking..I can't use it so, i try to contact them but they don't respond. they have a phone number but that`s not a useful number(972-222-6030)Google phone number..they don`t answer.I'm not trying to return it..I want to know how we can solve this problem. but they don't have any responsibility..they just sell it and disappear. I have to trash it. so bad company they are.

It's a nice sturdy bike
It's a nice sturdy bike. I am 5ft 1 in and it perfect for me. I wish the handle bars were a bit more adjustable. Overall a good product so far.

Nice exercise bike easy to put together quality is decent & the price is right. I’ve been using it almost every day for about a year & it’s holding up. I don’t do spin class riding just regular cycling. I lost weight (107 lbs) with riding, eating right & diet. 👍🏼 I like it & I would purchase again.
