I needed a Nomination charm for a present, found it, ordered it (as it said it was in stock), paid for it then next day get an email...its out of stock and not avail for 2-3 weeks :-(

Cannot rate highly enough
Ordered on Friday evening, received a confirmation e-mail first thing Saturday morning that items were in the post and delivered by Royal Mail on the Tuesdsay. Ordered charms and they were all individually boxed. The best thing was the choice as looked previously at the big High Street shops and they couldn't give me what I wanted. Will definately use again and recommend to fridnds.

Almost flawless
Order was dispatched a little later than hoped due to watch being out of stock. However, after chasing up, communication was very good, they refunded the next day delivery charge without me asking, and the watch was delivered very quickly after arriving into stock. It was well packaged and I'm very pleased with my purchase, my first ever Swiss made automatic movement watch. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I'm currently planning to make another purchase for wife's Xmas present.
